My car broke down in the Auto Zone parking lot today. I went into the store hoping they could test it and see what was wrong. Found out my battery wont hold a charge. Not only did they find me a new battery they also installed it for me. I understand thats probably not the norm but I was so thankful they did. My husband has recently deployed and I had no clue how to change the battery. They worked for at least 25 mins changing my battery as the old one was stuck. Even after all of that they still wouldnt accept a tip. I have never experienced that high quality of customer care any where else. Definetely reccommend them!

My moms car has been having starter problems and sombody that my mom new that didnt work at auto zone told us it was the battery not the starter so my mom went and bought a 120 dollar battery after she already bought a starter so she returned the battery and the guy working at auto zone at the time was edgar he was very fast to help us with every thing we needed including installing that battery when it woukdnt start he cheacked the car it was the starter so we bought another starter and sent it to a shop so i give auto zone a five star rating for great service and very helpful

My Mom, who is nearly 80 yrs old went into Auto-Zone last night to get a battery for her car and paid over $150 for her battery was actually denied service, because the young kid who sold it to her told her it took too long to do that and they dont do that anymore. She has a broken foot and a Heart condition, yet she had to ask him to carry it out to her car and THATS the kind of service you get from AutoZone. You will NEVER get our business again!!!
