Very rude and ignorant. Would never do business with them EVER. The Salesman Gil was very very rude and cocky and said he had a deal done but wouldnt tell me any information over the phone and wanted me to drive an hour when I said I would call him back that I was also working on another deal he said if I was going to shop around he would call the lender and cancel the deal. Very rude horrible ignorant service To whom it may concern, I am unable to reply to your response so I will reply here, First off like I told gil or gino whatever his alias is today I live in valparaiso indiana and have not next changed my ids over. So you thinking that I still live in Alsip shows me either a lack of communication with your staff or someone is not paying attention and plain assuming. I will be contacting the dealership to speak with an owner at 9:00 am on the dot. I own my Own businesses and received a false review defamating my character and business from Gilbert thru a fake Facebook account. He has then preceeded to message my wife threatening her saying if the post isnt taken down by the end of the day that he will have everyone he know malign false accusations towards my restaurant. I will be contacting my lawyer immediately. For the record I bought a 2014 ats luxury for the price I wanted and payment as well. Gilbert said he would not talk number over the phone and wanted to come in when I told him I dont want to waste anyones time of the number arent there there is no point in me driving the 1 hour each way since I love in INDIANA . I told him to let me what number he was at so could make a decision whether or not to take the ride out and that I was at another dealership trying to talk numbers as well. When I informed him of that he immediately said if I were going to continue to work a deal elsewhere he would inform the bank to cancel the deal. I then told him to cancel the deal i would never be given an ultimatum from anywhere in was going to do business with EVER. I have numerous threats from him on his fake Facebook account that he has acknowledged who he is. I am.very concerned because he has all of my personal information and for him to go this far because of his doings and now threatening my wife that he will use or disclose my personal information to someone else which would inturn fall back on the Business as well. I have all the threat from him on messenger and will be emailing them to the owner as well.

The staff is nice but that is about it. I got a 2012 accord with 30k miles. They clearly lied to me about accident on the car saying no accidents when there was one. They gave me a messed up print out of the carfax and tried to make things go smooth so i would overlook and unfortunatly i did as an unexperienced first time buyer from a dealer. They buy cars from auction with previous accidents and fix them up poorly, i saw problems with paint and body of the car later. They made it look presentable to sell. They changed oil but left Air filter molded, brakes hit metal to metal in 1 week without squeeking warning noise because they were chipped after accident. I called them and they said that they will not take care of brakes for me. Also no spare key and very unorganized when it came to getting my registration after plate transfer, which they promissed to mail in shortly, it took over a month to get it, while toyota printed it out right then and there on the spot for me. Also they had no 10 day insurance set up for me like normal dealers do. Very cheap and unsophisticated place that is only good if u have bad or no credit. I now have good credit and went to toyota to trade in and have a completly opposite experience like day and night. So if u have no choise but to go to a place like this make sure to be very carefull and check everything, i mean everything. And if they ask u to take a picture as a happy buyer while u r excited about ur new purchase, dont get swept off ur feet and tell them that u will take it in 3 months if all is well. I recently bought a car from Titan Auto Sales with the uupmost satisfaction not only with the vehicle but also the sales people there. The salesmen here are very knowledge able as to what features the vehicle has and also what has been done to the vehicle service wise. After viewing the video of the car online which not all dealerships have I was ery impressed. I also liked the fact that I could view a sales person online at their website before even talking to the dealership. When I went in for the first time I was able to recognize right away who I had been talking to on the phone about the car. The salesmen were very friendly from the moment I walked in the door with no hovering over me like at most dealerships. I was informed that each car is serviced and if something came up in the future I could call and make an appointment to have the vehicle serviced there. The pricing of the cars here are an excellent value. They are not overpriced at all after comparing prices to other dealers in the area. Overall I would highly recommend Titan Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a car. In fact, I already have started recommending them to several friends and family.

Mr. Adams worked with me to get what I wanted and at the right price and rate. I must say that he literally did miracles on my behalf! He is a skilled salesman, very professional and efficient. I am so happy and satisfied with my new fully loaded Honda CRV. Its amazing how I made a call in the morning with my request and by the evening I was driving it home! WHAT?!?! Yes its true!!! Hi my name is Lonnell.I just purchased a 2013 impala ltz from here 5 days ago and i was HIGHLY impressed.Gilbert,salesman there,meet me at the door and was nice and explained how stuff works here.I had a bank purchase plan but he offered to let Titan find me a nice deal but i declined.The next day when the bank backed out i called Titan and got Anna and she nice and helpful to me just like Gilbert.Long story short i got approved in lees than 2 hrs and now for 5 days i been smiling from ear to ear in my impala.If u are looking for a vehicle u might as well go to titan and get your vehicle of choice and get great rates too.Nevertheless the have certified mechanics on duty and will perform srevice on your vehicle 50 percent discount.Love this place and wouldnt hestitate to buy again from Titan.
