I am 18 and recently bought my first car here. I managed to snatch up a great car from here, I managed to get myself a 1995 BMW 325i with just under 140,000. Originally, I was planning on buying the 1995 Mustang that they had. The night before I bought my car, I went here to check out the Mustang. I had my friend with me, and did not have my parents with me. I asked to test drive the mustang and the salesman was very rude and said I could only test drive it if I was going to buy the car right then and there. ( I believe this is ILLEGAL, they cant force you to buy anything). I probably should have cursed him out and left when I think about that now. I went back the next day, and I visited there 3 times that day. The first time I was there, I told them I was coming later on that day with my mom to look at the mustang. When me and my mom looked at the mustang, it turned out to be a piece of junk. We then looked at the BMW, and it ended up being a great car. Later on me and my dad went there to look at the BMW, and we then put down a deposit on it. We went back the next day and paid the rest of the money for the car and pick it up. Well we were taking care of the paper work, the one sales man took it to put gas in it. He was gone for like a half an hour, worrying me about where he just took my car. well me and my dad were waiting for him, the lady that took care of our paper work apparently messed something up and she then said we owed another $100. Currently our problem is that we had to buy the licence plates from them, and 2 MONTHS LATER, THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM!!!! WE ALSO DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE PAPERS!!! Every time we check with them, we get told the same thing "Check back in a couple weeks.". Right Auto Sales sold me a great car, but I would not recomend buying your first car here. Luckily my parents helped me with this or else I would have gotten stuck with a bad car!

WARNING THIS DEALER ROLLS BACK ODOMETERS!!!!!!!!! THEY SELL TERRIBLE CARS IT WILL TAKE YOU 3 MONTHS TO GET YOUR LICENSE PLATES MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS TERRIBLE I WENT THERE THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET AN ALRIGHT CAR FOR LESS MONEY THAN A BIG DEALER SO MY EXPECTATIONS WERENT THAT HIGH BUT THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE THERE WAS A NICE GUY I WAS TALKING TO FOR A COUPLE WEEKS ABOUT BUYING A CAR THEN I FINALLY GOT THE MONEY AND WENT THERE AND HE WASNT THERE ANYMORE BUT I SAID OK WELL THE CAR I WANT IS STILL HERE SO ILL TEST DRIVE IT BLAH BLAH BLAH I STARTED TALKING TO THIS GUY NAMED MZ HE WAS VERY IGNORANT AND LAZY LIKE IF I DIDNT HAVE THE CASH UPFRONT HE WASNT GOING TO PUT ANY EFFORT IN MY CAR BUYING DECISION THE CAR DROVE ALRIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT IT BUT I ASKED THIS MZ GUY FOR THE CARFAX HE SAID WE DONT CARFAX CARS OVER 10 YEARS OLD WELL LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY ROLLED BACK THE ODOMETER ~~~YES EVERYONE THIS DEALER ROLLS BACK ODOMETERS FOR THEIR CARS ON THE LOT ~~~ I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE THERE TERRIBLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BTW MY CAR STARTED RUNNING ROUGH A FEW DAYS AGO AND I WAS TOLD BY MY MECHANIC THE ENGINE HEAD GASKET IS ABOUT TO BLOW AND I ONLY BOUGHT IT FROM THEM LIKE A MONTH AGO NOBODY BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

I bought a 1990 Cadillac sedan deville it had 103,000 miles on it it was very clean inside and out it was a well taken care of preowned vehicle I purchased the car for 2,995 I put about a 140,000 miles on it all thought I had to recharge the a/c no major problems MZ the sales guy took very good care of me I got my plates in a month in a half not to bad ....Im into mustangs/Camaros/and trans-ams...I never thought id buy a caddy the reason I sold it was because I was offered full Kelley blue book for it which was 5,800 I regret ever selling still to this day Ive had several friends and family members purchase vehicles from right auto sales great experience I would recommend everyone I know to do business with them hands down...when purchasing a used car escpecially a 1990 it was risky but it turned out to be one of the best vehicles I have ever purchased used I will continue to do business with right auto sales in the future a great set of guys...as for the cars that were purchased by friends and family no problems very family oriented people and agreat experience I will conyinue to do business for years to come....thanks Joe Churak of evergreen park Illinois

Seemed alright at first, but quickly went down hill. Asked if i could make a return on a car part and they said it was fine. When i found out the part didnt fit my car (which they said it would so i guess theyre not very good at what they do) i brought it back next day and they wouldnt take it. Eventually took it back and kept 20 dollars from me saying i wasted their time... Extremely rude and horrible service

Be careful, dont trust these guys. When i was buying a 2013 Malibu, they dint let the mechanic check it, i knew something was wrong with the engine since it had signs of engine repair. Now they changed their name into Galaxy, because they had too many negative feedbacks. Their boss was rude stating that they dont care about customers and you either buy it as it is or not. STAY AWAY!!!

Great prices and a very nice dealer, he will go the extra mile to provide their customer with what theyre looking for. Highly recommended if you are thinking about getting a car. I was amazed by all the bad reviews at first, but they were all talking about the previous owner of this dealership. The new owner is awesome, check it out yourself!

HORRIBLE and RUDE RACIST people they will judge you and rip you off and steal money but not let you take the car to the mechanic especially the new owner he is really one of the worst people to do business with. They are liars and scammers. AVOID HERE!!!!!!!

Incredibly rude and uncooperative. Would not help me with any of my questions, insulted me, and made it clear they did not want me to purchase from them. The only thing I have to thank them for is letting me know so quickly to avoid them at all costs.

I cant believe all those negative reviews I bought 2 cars from this place and they are super good I really love their customers service specially the manger Fadi he so good with customers and try his best to make you walk away happy with a great deal
