Buyer Beware! I started off with Auto Park in a fairly favorable manner, purchasing a Mercedes E500 4matic. My sales person, Nash, worked with me and I got the car at a reasonable price. However, after a week the suspension on the right side of the car collapsed. Brought the car back to Auto Park and although I had owned the car for only a week I was charged $450.00 for the suspension part - I was not charged for the labor. When I asked how I could have this problem so soon after taking the car, I was told that I must have hit a pothole - I had NOT hit a pothole. Within two weeks, the suspension on the left side collapsed. After paying to have the car towed to Auto Park, I was again charged $450.00 to replace the suspension. Again I was told that it was my fault (somehow). At no point did Auto Park admit any responsibility for selling me a car with problems. A month later after driving the car daily I went out of town for a week. When I returned, the car was completely collapsed on all four wheels. Auto Park picked up the car. After a few days I was told that to fix it would be ANOTHER $500.00. I told them to just let me come and get the car. You can imagine my surprise when, after I arrived to pick up the car, I was charged $150.00 for the tow. On top of all of these problems, now the car needs a new EGR valve which is another $450.00. I have owned the car for less than 3 months. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They will tell you what you want to hear during the sales process, but forget any support if you have a problem.

Great car dealership with low prices and quality vehicles. This comes from shopping around and looking at many vehicles before purchasing one. They also have a service department with three lifts and quick, quality and low cost service. Have purchased two vehicles from these guys in the past 5 years as well as serviced them there. Outstanding, honest personnel that will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Any questions you might have about the vehicle they have an answer. I have shopped around and found that the cost of service is probably the lowest in town. Always take my cars for service to Auto Park from small to big jobs and never had any issues. It was hard to find much review for these guys but later I found a lot on EBay since it looks like they sell a lot of cars to out of state customers. Hope this helps anyone who is struggling to find a good used car dealership and or service department they can trust.

Found a car on ebay motors. Auto Park was the seller. Now keep in mind I live in Maine and they are in Chicago. I purchased the car without physically seeing the car. The sales man Nash told me that the car was in very good condition. It appeared to be. I purchased the car and had it trucked to Maine. However with in days the roof closing and opening mechanism failed as did the windshield wipers. Both according to my Mechanic had been rigged just enough to work. Now I am not saying that Auto Park was responsible for this but I am hard pressed to come up with another answer. My advice is if you are going to buy from these guys bring the car to an independent technician to have it checked out. Do not rely on Auto Park to tell you whats wrong with the vehicle. The term LIP STICK on a PIG comes to mind. Or You can spray paint a TURD gold but its still a TURD. After putting about 2000.00 dollars into the car after the fact I am now happy.

Buying process is excellent and Customer care is outstanding... To be considered when you want a top quality car and when you want to be considered as a CUSTOMER! Every person I talked to seemed genuinely interested in getting me in the right car for the right price. This was my first car-buying experience, so I appreciated how patient everyone was with me when I asked my many, many questions or clarification. No one ever talked down to me, and they seemed to work hard to make sure I fully understood everything. They was so helpful and so easy to communicate with. Even when I had to come back for my inspection, They arranged everything, and I was in and out with ease.

Great dealer!! Andrew was a great salesman! Never pushy, always available for questions. We were looking at 3 different mini vans and we had the taken them all for test drives alone. I would buy another car from them in a minute!! 5 star dealership! After purchasing the van we realized one small problem we called Andrew up and he totally took care of it. No questions asked!!
