Excellent service, great car! I was in the market for a safe, quality used car for my 16 year old son . I visited no less than 20 other car dealers before finding exactly what I had been looking for at European Auto of Westchester. As a woman car shopping alone, I assure you that was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. I was subjected to endless kinds of BS from the vast majority of the salesmen I encountered.My experience working with Alex, son of the owner, was wonderful. He was very helpful without being pushy , aggressive or doing the hard sell. I was most imperessed by his immediate willingness to show me the Carfax and, more importantly allowing me to take the car to get inspected by a mechanic of MY choice. I walked out of every previous dealer(there were several) who gave any resistance to those 2 requests.That was about 2 weeks ago and my son is so happy with his VW Passat! I will be back next year for a car when my second son turns 16!

I had a delightful car buying experience with these folks last Saturday. No high pressure. Clean cars, all polished up, fair prices. The owner gave me the keys and let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in all by myself. Busy place-- there were five or six other buyers looking abround during the hour or so that I was there. Super easy close--I just sat there while the paperwork was processed in just a few minutes. I bought the Honda (and two other buyers came in while we were working through the paperwork to look at the same car). If you see something you like, close the deal because the car could be gone at any moment. I could not be more pleased with the two men that assisted me in my purchase. I will absolutely go back to Westchester European Auto Sales the next time I am ready to purchase a car either for myself or for another family member. Highest recommendation for these folks. They are a 14 on the 10 point scale.

Great Customer Service! I bought a car from these guys 5 years ago. After a recent hail storm I needed to send the title in to insurance, but I couldnt find it anywhere. I called Tom at Westchester and explained that I could get a replacement title, but it would cost me time and money. It occurred to me that maybe I never picked up my title after it was transferred to my name. Tom had his son Alex dig through 5 years of boxes to look for the copy of my title. Lo and Behold, there it was, along with a spare key also. They could have just said they didnt have it, but they went the extra mile for an old customer. I wish every business treat customers like these guys do. As for the car I bought, it is all pitted from hail, but still running strong.

Bought a vehicle here about a month ago and took it in to get an oil change today and found out theres something wrong with it overheating and coolant was leaking out of the car as fast as it was going in, and now I cant even drive it home. Not to mention the passenger side window takes 3 tries to close, the remote to the car doesnt work so the car can never be locked and I didnt receive a second key for the car, so thats going to dent my wallet considering the remotes arent cheap along with other annoying details. The salesman was so positive on the car being in "great" condition. Currently waiting for a tow truck in some random parking lot. Never advising anyone I know to do business here.

So Alex (the salesman) and I settled on the purchase price. I wanted to take the car on one final test drive before I signed the paperwork. On the drive the Alternator/Battery failure light came on. When we got back his mechanic look at it. The mechanic said probably the alternator was bad, not charging the battery. It was too this point where the salesman says looks like Im raising the price of car and going to cost you more..I said "What, are you serious"... He said" I cant take that hit".... Is it just me, or is that really really bad business?.. The price was settled. Not my fault the car failed. Im not going back and Ill tell everyone I know what happened at that place...

I have been a loyal customer for years. When it comes to servicing my car, Tom is extremely honest and only recommends what needs to be done to my vehicle. I do not know a lot about cars, but Tom takes the time beforehand to explain exactly what they will be doing to my car in way I can understand! When it comes to buying a car, I have never had a bad experience. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot, and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that any questions I have about the vehicle are answered. No one can beat their quality, customer service, and price!

WEAS is fantastic. Not only have I purchased a car from them, but 3 others in my family have also purchased cars from them, and we still have these cars running smoothly. They know how to take care of you, treat you right, and make sure that the car you buy is perfect for your needs! I highly recommend WEAS, and not to mention their specialized mechanic shop for European vehicles. I only get my cars oil changed from them! Tom and Alex are great guys who dont come off as business men, but friends. I recommend them to all!

Just bought a BMW X5 from Europen Motors in Westchester - These guys are terrific! I worked with Alex and his father - They put me in a mint condition vehicle. Straight shooters, no BS - I have worked in Law Enforcement for over 23 years I have become adept at evaluating character and I can tell you without hesitation that these guys have it! Very pleased with the service and the overall experience. Start your search there! They also have a service bay on site - many dealers dont!

I wouldnt go back to this place. These guys are really shady. I took my car there to get a sensor checked and they told me to leave it there and they will call me. 3 days later I get a phone call saying that I have to take my car to the dealership and I owe them $200 for 2 hours of labor. Nothing was done by them, I explained to them when I dropped if off that it was a computerized sensor issue and they called me 3 days later to tell me that they dont have the updated software.

Great People ! Tom & Alex could not have been more honest. I recently purchased a 2002 Jaguar and I wasnt naive to think an 11 year-old car wouldnt have a problem or 2. What really impressed me was how fair they were in addressing the problems I encountered after buying the car. They didnt walk away or pick my pocket. Theyre stand-up guys and thats why I, like others, would buy a car from them again. Theyve been around for over 25 years and I can understand why.

I had a great experience here! I bought a 3 series BMW, that I absolutely love and enjoy. Beautiful car and no problems with it as well. Alex was a great help with the enitre process and made the experience a great one. I got the best price I wanted for the car and entire experience was fast and easy compared to larger retailers. If you are looking for great reliable and reasonably priced used foreigh cars; this is the place!
