I had my c-300 for over five years and with our family expanding it was time to upgrade in size. Instinctively, we went to CarMax to trade. After a few minutes, we walked out the door laughing at what they were willing to offer us. I remember a friend telling me he purchased his car from Melrose Auto Outlet and how he pleased he was with his vehicle and the service he received. We decided to check them out as well; best decision we made. Not only did they give me $1500 more for my trade in than CarMax, they made us feel beyond welcome and comfortable throughout our entire purchasing process. They found me a car that most suitable for me and my family. They took their time explaining all the features on our new Escalade, and even helped me install the car seat. I love my new Escalade and would recommend everyone to purchase their cars from Melrose Auto Outlet. They won’t disappoint!

If there was zero stars I would choose that. Yes they will finance you with bad credit but their cars are horrible. Purchased a 2009 Journey and the following day it was making a funny noise. Attempted to drive it back to them to repair and broke down on the highway. They sent towing which took 6hours! Then kept my car all week preventing me from going to work. So they "fixed" the transfer case but still have issues with it. Air bag light was on and the made it "disappear" so now it NEVER shows up. Who knows what they did but whatever it is it sure is illegal! Thats a federal offense to tamper with air bags. Now they wont release my plates because they claim I owe them?? I lost money from not being able to work because they sold me a messed up car! DO NOT BUY HERE. They are a bunch of rip offs and will never get another dime from me!

Friendly down to earth staff. They will give you more money than Car Max or dealerships for your car. You can buy an extended warranty on your car as well. Their selection of cars is growing and they have some hard to find cars for sale. Great place for people with bad credit to get a second chance and get financing for their car purchase. They even speak English, Greek, and Spanish. Looking forward to doing business with Melrose Auto Outlet again in the future.

This place sucks bad, extremely unprofessional employees, non running vehicles. They will get you in a car but it wont run for more than two days. All I can say is if you get a car from here, dont drive it on the highway because a wheel could fall of and you might die! Not to mention they dont clean their cars and lie to you about fixing things. LEMON DEALER GET THIS PLACE OFF THE MARKET
