More concerned with revenue...I visited this service center on 1.11.17 because my gas door wouldnt close to my gas tank. Id washed my car the week before when it was very cold and Id stopped to get gas afterwards. I was unable to close the gas door after pumping gas the the string attached to the gas cap was taunt. When I arrived at the service center and Michael Kraus the service manager came out to view my concern, he discerned after locking and unlocking my car that the mechanism to my gas door was broken. We proceeded to his office and he said hed check with his technician about a part. When he returned he informed me that his head technician was not familiar with my vehicles gas door and the mechanism and in order to get the correct part, the technician would need to take a part my gas door area. I asked if there was any other technician more knowledgeable and he said no. I told Michael to give me my key and Id take my business to another dealership/service department because this didnt make sense. He also told me that in order for them to find out which part was correct, the cost would be $145.00/per to start. smh. When I told him this didnt make sense to me, he offered to go to my vehicle with me and to show me how the mechanism was supposed to work. When he pushed the plunger in it stayed and he said that was because it was broken--WRONG--it stayed in because the car was unlocked. I told Michael that the string was tighter than normal that connected my gas cap to the vehicle so I unscrewed the gas cap which in turn loosened the string. When I put my gas cap back on and closed the gas door IT CLOSED! I was livid!! I told Michael to give me my key and I was leaving and couldnt believe Id diagnosed my own issue. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. He never had a technician come out to look at my vehicle to determine by viewing the mechanism if it couldnt been fixed etc. He was more concerned with CHARGING ME instead of practicing good customer service and doing what was right. Ill think twice before going here ever again. WOW!!!!

I was in the market to purchase my 3rd Mercedes and decided to look outside my residents area because I was looking for a very specific ML350 and Umansky was one of the only dealers in the midwest who had what I wanted. The photos showed everything I wanted so decide to make contact with the dealership and Eliud followed-up with all the questions I had and put a deposit on the vehicle the next day and flew out the following week to take delivery. I find out the certified vehicle past inspections but the vehicle was not clean upon my arrival and tires were not the greatest shape. Driving 300 plus miles back home, I knew the vehicle did not feel right and ML350 hydroplaned during a heavy rain storm in Indianapolis. mBrace advised me to take it to my local MB dealer for further inspected and to find out, the brakes were unsafe front and rear since it was close to being metal on metal and tires just barely past inspection. I feel that the inspection was just pencil whipped and the MB technician did not take the time to do the inspection properly. Umansky did rectify the issue but in a very unprofessional manner and blew me off since they know that I will not be returning the dealership. Post purchase, the used car manager was very disrespectful in the way how this transaction went and the finance manager was angered that I did not purchase any extended warranty and protection plan. To figure, it is in the customer best interest in what they want, not what you want. I am not sorry Chris you did not make your extra commission on the warranty. I will take my warranty purchase business elsewhere instead being pushed around. Personally I make numerous purchases in and out of state purchase and have not dealt with a dealership whom acted in this type of behavior manner.

I bought a 2011 VW Jetta from Larry. The 1st week I had the car the radio and speakers had to be replaced. A week later the transmission fuse blew. The car makes a strange sound when turning the wheel. After all this I told them I didnt want the car its was CPO and I shouldnt be having these issues. My salesman Larry became very rude and no longer wanted to help me. I bought this car for 13,500 they told me they would take it back. I thought great everything I actually going to work out. The next car I picked was less then this one 13,000. They told me to bring an extra 4,000 to signing I said what do you mean you owe me money. They said over two weeks my car has lost value. Now I find out that they tired to hide the fact the car had been wrecked the trunk has been repainted and they did an awful job at it. Looks like they used touch up paint on the bolts. Be very careful if you buy anything from Concours Motors they just want the sale they will not help you even if you bought CPO car. They told me they didnt have to tell me about the trunk. Im now selling the car and will take 3,000 hit on it and havent even had it for 1 month. I will never come back to buy a car here no matter what. Take my word and walk away from this place or run for that matter! They have no respect for their customers. I have more then enough to take them to court which I will be doing unless VW buys the car back. You would think they wouldnt want unhappy customer. I belong to a lot of car forums and have already warned people in Milwaukee to stay away from this place. The response even on the forums were "Concours is awful". Not being from the area I didnt know this. I buy a new car every 6 months but it wont ever be from Concours Motors. This place should be shut down.

I have purchased 3 vehicles through this dealership with great sales and service every time. When the dealer ownership changed recently, I was wondering if this would continue. It has not only continued, but it is actually better than before. I have had 3 small service issues which Todd Dekker has handled quickly and in a very professional manor. He even offered a repair at cost due to some warranty issues (above and beyond my expectations). Just when I thought that was exceeding my expectations, I had the pleasure of talking to the Sales Manager Young Lee who decided that the full cost should be refunded. I was completely shocked - no questions asked - no hesitation - he just said he was mailing me the refund check. I have never been treated that way by a sales manager or service professional (we have owned 14 or 15 new cars and several used cars). Mr. Lee even gave me his cell phone number if I ever needed anything!!! I have never seen anything like this. And it all started a few years ago with Josette Ott who sold us our first car and then the next 2. Josette was actually the one who introduced me to Young Lee when he first started there and he remembered me when I talked to him on the phone. Josette also introduced me to all of the service people (including Todd) when we bought our first car. The customer service at this dealership is above and beyond any company (auto and non-auto) that I have ever dealt with. I am a customer for life.
