was a waste of my time,reps didnt know what they had and what they didnt have ,i plainly asked over 4 times,meaning 4 calls,did they carry manual transmission cars because thats all interested in ,not automatics,and fairy tale auto stick cars,so i wanted to verify this even wrote on application," transmission cars only", because you cant find them here in Milwaukee unless its a sports car,so Im told,by over 2 reps yes we have some manuals in our lot,so i take the time to drive down to waukegan,got there was greeted very nice and everything,filled out the paper and things,waited a few minutes for the manager only to come to find out that he tells me,"you are approved but unfortunately we dont have any manual cars....what?,and so i say well ok do you know when or if you have any coming in? his response was,"we dont carry manual",now that pissed me off cause now my time was wasted but your lying reps,then had the nerve to offer me and auto stick,what part of manual didnt they get? and they insisted me just to look around to see if would find something that id like on the lot,so i said not thanks,left and went and got something to eat to calm down a little,so i came back and said id look,saw one that was nice,so i just wanted to see how much it was,so the manager comes back with information in the specific car,telling me a deposit money down of 7,800 this vehicle,smh,please!,then tell me according to how much i make it would be 168 bi weekly payments,so that means i about close to 2 years ill get that car,smh not thanks thats not what i came there for anyway,so i just said not thanks,then they said you can call us in the further which i did not cause i dont see the point,then they called me to still see if i was interested,you guys should know that answer,just a waste of my time,if your looking for manual this one doesnt carry them at all and probably the the rest as well,rep was nice but i dont believe it was fair to lie me into the door when i blieve you guys knew what you did and didnt have was very disappointed.

Kris Miller was AWESOME! I work very long days and like to do most legwork for anything over the phone or through email. He allowed me to do just that. He even had a folder with all my information when i came in so it wasnt like i had to redo anything. Alot of places speak with you and take your information but then ask for everything again when you come in. This was my 1st car purchase and im so glad i came here. The process is quick and easy and the associates cover ALL basis for getting you good payments as well as a great car. Kris knew every single detail about the car i was purchasing and even had it pulled in so i wouldnt have to stand in the rain to see it. The service here is impeccable and id recommend anybody i come in contact with to get a car here. Loved it!

They offered exemplary customer service and I felt right at home. First point of contact was RON, who was professional yet amicable with his inquiry about our business at this location. We were passed onto the manager, who seems to have mastered the art of managing. He passed us onto to LILIANA, who was plainly "AWESOME". She receives perfect scores in my book and even went beyond her work hours, to accommodate me from finding a vehicle, processing my information to the moment I exited. I look forward to an amicable and productive business-client relationship with the institution. I need not say that if DRIVETIME was unreasonable, then I wouldnt have been pleased with their services. Keep it up!

My wife and I purchased a car from them maybe 3 months ago. From the minute we walked into the dealership we were given the best customer service. Our kids were given popcorn and they changed the channel. The sales rep only showed us cars that fit our budget and what we were looking for. We filled all the paperwork out one day and then came back the next day to seal the deal. This was our first car buying experience. The sale rep explained everything we were signing beforehand and answered every question. It was a great experience for us and if our credit still sucks we will come back in the future. Hopefully not though.

I am leaving today with the car of my dreams thanks to Liliana and the manager here! Both were so nice! I came in and had the car I wanted in mind. We went over how much the down payment would be and it was wayyy over my limit. I was kinda disappointed but they came up with the great idea of trading in my car! I was going to plain old sell it. My car valued for half of my down payment so I was able to trade it in and make the rest of the payments. I came in today to pick up my car and my dumbass forgot I needed insurance...

I had a wonderful experience with Kris at Drive Time! He got me into a car that I totally love and everything was smooth and hassle free! He explained everything I needed to know and gave me a detailed description of the history on my car. He made sure I was comfortable and didnt overwhelm me or pressure me into getting the car. Almost two hours and I was out the door and let me add that it was only almost 2 hours because we were waiting on my email to act right lol. Fantastic and friendly customer service!! Go Kris!!

They do not check over any cars before they sell, the one I got I had signed a statement claiming nothing was wrong with it, found out the starter later needed replaced, the brakes and rotors were bad, now the cooling system was leaking. I just said they can repo it, why should I pay monthly payments on a car that has damage and a potential danger plus fork out for repair costs, theyre warranty is a sham. Please be careful dealing with these sharks, your life is more important than their reputation.

My hubby and I had a great experience with our visit! Lillian was amazing! She asked what our preferences were and put us into the exact car we wanted!!! We also got to Sit down with Drew who also was amazing! They make you feel so comfortable and secure with the financing , and paperwork(which was a breeze)!!!! Thank you again waukegan drive time... Not only that but he didnt make me feel like he was just trying to sell me a car. He cared about the reasons why I was looking to buy a car and he helped me to pick the perfect one for myself.
