Absolute breeze of an experience at Knauz North! William Hartman helped me buy my first car --a 2013 Kia Optima SX-- after I had previously visited a Bob Rohrmans location which was highly stressful & I felt very "pushed" to buy immediately. William was very knowledgeable about my vehicle as well as the vehicle history, service records, previous owner, etc. William was more than happy to answer any questions/concerns I had about my purchase. William and his manager were both very helpful in the buying process and I didnt feel pressured to buy, which made me more willing to buy & more comfortable with my purchase. 10/10; I would recommend anyone and everyone to purchase a vehicle from Knauz North & I would also highly recommend allowing William Hartman assist you in your car buying experience. I recently purchased a used 2012 Fiat here, and it was a good experience from start to finish. I live in Springfield, so I wanted to work out all details before driving 3.5 hours to see the car. Enrique and William were very responsive via email. We worked out the price and they answered all questions before giving me a final "out the door" price. When I arrived, the car was as pictured and as described. They were friendly, attentive, and professional. I had no problems. I was in and out in about 3 hours including a trip to a local mechanic of my choice for an inspection. They were low-pressure and very accommodating. Were enjoying our car and will look here first for our next purchase.

They are the best in the business. They only carry quality used car not just some junk car. I am a Bimmer guy, drove 500 miles from Twin city Minneapolis to buy a BMW 535xi. I found a low millage BMW 535xi and traded my BMW 535i and the new one absolutely pristine condition. Love their services, especially Will and Enrique (Boss). Since I was out of state customer they have done my paper work within an hours (loan, registration, tag transfer, etc.) Both of the guy are very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend. People who are interested to buy any quality used car with affordable price must visit this locations (especially companies main location 2 miles from Knauz North location).

Fantastic experience! Couldnt be happier with the car or with the way I was treated at the dealership. I flew in from Philadelphia to buy a specific vehicle Knauz North had (a 2006 Honda S2000) and like I said, EVERYTHING was handled with class! No games or surprises, just a great car at a great price and really friendly service. William Hartman is a great sales guy - go see him if you want to be treated right! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Whether you are local to Knauz or coming from far away (like me) I highly recommend them!

Incredible service by Josh and Enrique. We purchased a 2007 SAAB 9-3 and Josh was able to quickly get everything in order that we needed for both the sale of the vehicle and trade-in. When we experienced a slight delay in transfer of funds, Josh was with us every step of the way. He even came into Knauz North on his day off to ensure delivery of the vehicle. Stars alone cannot show our satisfaction or appreciation. We are grateful for everything Knauz North has done for us.

I bought a used 2010 Buick Enclave from them in 2014. I compared their price to KBB, which was well over the fair purchase price, to which they told me the car was "priced to sell" because of the features it has, and tricked me with a clever sales tactic to get it sold quickly without negotiation. Because the car was overpriced, the value is now far less than what I owe. Lesson learned, cant trust what they say!
