Great service and sales people and great customer service. I have purchased 3 vehicles through this dealership with great sales and service every time. When the dealer ownership changed recently, I was wondering if this would continue. It has not only continued, but it is actually better than before. I have had 3 small service issues which Todd Dekker has handled quickly and in a very professional manor. He even offered a repair at cost due to some warranty issues (above and beyond my expectations). Just when I thought that was exceeding my expectations, I had the pleasure of talking to the Sales Manager Young Lee who decided that the full cost should be refunded. I was completely shocked - no questions asked - no hesitation - he just said he was mailing me the refund check. I have never been treated that way by a sales manager or service professional (we have owned 14 or 15 new cars and several used cars). Mr. Lee even gave me his cell phone number if I ever needed anything!!! I have never seen anything like this. And it all started a few years ago with Josette Ott who sold us our first car and then the next 2. Josette was actually the one who introduced me to Young Lee when he first started there and he remembered me when I talked to him on the phone. Josette also introduced me to all of the service people (including Todd) when we bought our first car. The customer service at this dealership is above and beyond any company (auto and non-auto) that I have ever dealt with. I am a customer for life.

Concours was my 2nd option for purchasing a 2007 Saab 9-3. I already had a great deal from another dealership, but I wanted to shop around to be sure. Concours was able to beat my original deal and I was already to sign and purchase my new car at least that is what I thought. Everything fell apart with financing. Basically, they tried to make me feel as though my only option was to take a 9% interest rate! Are you kidding me?? Little did they know that I was already pre-approved @ a lower rate. They tried to convince me that the original dealership had denied my financing as well. Long story short, they lied to try to get me to sign a higher interest rate. Needless to say, I walked away and purchased my new vehicle at my first option! It only took me 30 minutes to get my new car that very same day. I have never felt so betrayed and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Its truly unfortunate as I really liked my sales person. Too bad their financing department sucks! They truly screwed up that deal!

Out of the Blue! One recent extremely windy day, I was driving my small soft top car, when out of the blue I was hit by a flying bus stop structure. The winds had lifted it up from its moorings and jettisoned it right into my car. I walked away from what could have been a horrific event. While the posts of my car didnt break, for which Im very grateful, I realized that I wanted to be in a more substantial car that was very heftier and safety oriented. For my purposes at this stage in life, a smaller SUV fit the bill! Tom was the person we immediately called, for we are returning customers of his! Hes knowledgeable, competent, experienced, and personable. He arranged for me to test drive a GLA250 4-matic for a day which was all the test-driving I needed. Bought the car the very next day. Toms also very patient for he spent quite awhile introducing me to the cars various features and systems. The day I picked it up, I had to drive it in a big snow storm. It did great! High marks for Tom and my new SUV!

Buying a Mercedes-Benz from Umansky Motor Cars was a great decision. Every employee my wife and I came in contact with was very helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with. Our salesperson, Josette went above and beyond to make the buying experience one of a kind. Josette took time to listen to our goals, she explained the features of the vehicles and benefits associated with buying a Mercedes-Benz, and she asked meaningful questions about our needs and desires. Lastly, Josette has continued to check-in with us to guarantee that we are happy with the vehicles we have purchased. We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. In the end, the entire buying experience was great and we look forward to buying our next vehicle from Umansky Motor Cars, Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee North.

3rd new Mercedes-great sales person/great service! We are on our 3rd Mercedes over the last 3 years from this dealer. My wife has owned 2 GLKs and loved both of them. I recently got a CLA and cant begin to say how much I have enjoyed it. Josette Ott was our sales person on all 3 cars. She knows all of the details on every vehicle we looked at and was not high pressure to make the sale. In my 30 plus years of buying new cars, Josette has been the most honest, upfront and trustworthy sales person I have ever dealt with. When we get our next 2 Mercedes, we will be going back to this dealer and to Josette for sure. Todd in the Service Department was also great on a couple of small issues.

Leased a C300 last week from Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee and I have no words to express how great the staff worked together to earn my business and maintain excellent customer relationships. Sven is a friendly and professional sales manager who worked with me finding all possible options to getting me the best car. I made my option to pick the lowest possible package from a C300, however, they let me go home with a "almost" fully loaded vehicle for the same price. Boom !! I have never heard General Managers interacting with customers to know their experience but this company does it for real. My wife loved the overall experience as she was new to the leasing area. Great work team !!

I always enjoy a wonderful service experience at this dealership. I drive an hour to get there and my service advisor Todd Dekker always expedites the service of my vehicle to accommodate the distance I travel to get there. He has either placed two service technicians on my vehicle to expedite the service or at least let them know that I am waiting on the vehicle. I would high recommend the Umansky Motors Service department and my service advisor Todd Dekker to anyone who also has a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, as they always keep mine in tip top running condition, and my service experience quick and enjoyable!

My experience was wonderful, from the time I entered the building till the time I drove away in my MB. My salesperson Dierk was not just a "salesman", he had the passion...heck he is from Germany. He had the passion to sell me a vehicle, but more important he had the passion to explain the vehicle, the history completely before even talking numbers. He explained the numbers and how we got to the numbers. I was treated with respect and hospitality the time that I was there, and after I left the store. I have never owned a MB, and there is a sense of pride that I have now thanks to the crew at Umansky.

Let me tell you I took my Benz to a certain dealership in Appleton last year and had a not so professional response did not like the lack of attention and timely response they made me feel as if I was more of a bother than a client. Let me just say that if you give Steve and his team of professionals the honor of servicing your Mercedes you will never go to any other dealership again. His knowledge and personal touches will make you smile. I couldnt be more happier to have found them, they are truly a diamond in the ruff. Cheers to you and the entire staff Steve !!!
