I have recently retired after 20 years of active duty service from the United States Navy. I was due for a nice present for all of those years of hard work. I decided to treat myself to a new vehicle. For the record, it was a stiff competition between a Cadillac Escalade, and a Ford Expedition. I know what youre thinking, they are two different levels of vehicle. Youre wrong!!! Ford has stepped up their game big time. I was completely shocked at the interior set-up of the Expedition. You know my choice. This is where I met my Salesman Bob Powers. He is also prior military, and after a few good stories we got down to business. Let me say first off that the whole Boucher Team had a part in my vehicle as we had to track it down in the configuration I wanted. I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I wanted what I wanted... MY WAY!!! Bob proceeded to find my vehicle, and had it delivered as promised. I even got three years worth of free oil changes as a bonus. The price was fair, I was informed on every penny that I was paying and why. the best part of my experience was the simple honesty. I know that a Car Dealership is in the business of making a profit on the sales. Its just business. This was not the case with me. the Sales Team informed me that if I were to buy a 2013 over a 2014, I would actually save a substantial amount of money. I did as they suggested, and the difference in price and incentives was so significant that I was able to get the higher-level warranty, the top-notch interior/exterior coating warranty ( it even cover my after-market rims!), and a remote start with a few extra accessories that I didnt plan on. They may have loss a few dollars in profit, but they have gained a fortune in loyalty. my hat is off to Bob and the Team. I get calls from them weekly. I do not feel like I was only liked while the sale was being made. I make frequent trips back to the dealership to get my vehicle washed and to just say "Hi". If you want the facts, with no gimmicks other than a quality product, give Boucher ford Kenosha and Bob Powers a try. Youll be glad you did!!!

This was my first purchase with this dealership and I am very aggravated and unhappy with their sales staff and service department and will never buy from them again or take my vehicle back to them for any repairs or service. 1. We were deceived about the value of the trade in of an excellent condition 2011 Mustang GT California special with all of the bells and whistles. We were told that it would have to be sent to auction because of a recall and they would only receive $17,000 for the vehicle so we were offered $16,500 only to find out two weeks later that it is posted on their website for sale for $26,498. 2. When we got home, the 12 volt outlet cap on the rear of the center console of the new f150 had been snapped off and just placed on the plug while it was being cleaned during purchase. It was brought in to be fixed, so the service technician instead of ask or research how to fix it they broke off the lower plastic panel from the top portion shearing the plastic rivets holding two components together that is not supposed to be separated, it is one complete unit and also breaking one of the plastic retaining clips to replace the 12 volt cap they broke and placed the panel back as to look like everything was fine even though the panels no longer lined up due to being broken I have zero trust in them and will never do business with them ever again and encourage others to do the same. The sales staff was Joe Confronti and Scott Verhagen

We were scheduled to pick up a fleet lease vehicle from this dealership. Having worked at a dealership before Im aware that most dealerships dont have much incentive to handle fleet delivery/drop off customers as they are minimally compensated for the service they provide. However, this is no excuse for bad service. We were treated as if the Fleet manager was inconvenienced to even have to deal with us. We were told one day that the car had arrived but was awaiting paperwork and the next we were told that the car hadnt arrived at the dealership at all. We confirmed with the fleet company that the paperwork and the vehicle were both delivered 10 days earlier. We got the impression that because we werent buying a car from them and only accepting delivery of a fleet vehicle, that we werent important or worthy of their best level of service. Great businesses provide a consistently high level of customer service to all of their customers and potential customers. The Fleet manager and Sales staff we spoke with had no clue that their approach to this situation could impact a future sale, nor did they care. We happen to be in the market for a new personal vehicle, but we wont be buying from Boucher Ford - Kenosha after the way they treated us. They couldve easily won us over with great customer service and in doing so, insured a future sale. Thats how successful dealerships operate. They wont get our business.

We came to purchase a truck, even took it for a night. We were told ahead of time that the guy we were working with the previous day was not going to be in the office when we return the truck, but that someone else would help us when we arrived which was fine with us. When we came back the next day, the person who was supposed to help us was no where to be found and our situation wasnt discussed with anyone else so they basically told us to leave (mind you, they knew we were arriving at that time). The person we gave the keys to said they would call us later that night (as we were very interested in purchasing the truck). We gave about 24 hours before we contacted them as to not bother them knowing they are busy and we didnt want to be rude. Then we get an email back saying that someone was currently test driving the truck we wanted and they would get back to us if they bought it or not...still havent heard from them. The communication was terrible, and they bounced us around so many people. I didnt really trust them and they didnt seem to really care about us. In customer service you should care about your customers and want them to come back. Not to mention if they would of called us back yesterday like they said they would, we would have our new truck in the garage at home right now. Definitely not a great experience...I would never go back.

Allow me to take the time to give a much appreciated round of applause the the "Good Fellas" at Kenosha Ford. This is the second time that I have had the pleasure of doing business with such a capable team. From the Godfather Saul, right down to the hardest working Man in the business Bob Powers. You have not known a team effort until you have experienced the FordOnFifty experience! My 2016 Ford Expedition Platinum didnt even exist in the configuration I wanted within 1,500 miles. This is where the Good Fellas got down to business and made it happen. I will not ask how, I just know that they did. I have bragging and exclusivity rights for quite some time in my current purchase. The pricing was spot on, and with the warranty package and Xylon treatment, I feel like Im the safest vehicle for the next seven years. There are many dealerships out there, and there is a reason that I came back to Kenosha. You will be hard pressed to find a more positive car buying combination. They are truly a gang of Good Fellas and they will always have my loyalty and business. Thank you so much Mr. Powers and the crew. You are truly First on Fifty!!!
