Moody and the team really did all they could to help me get in a car. I had bad credit and was talking public transportation (not easy in the suburbs). In frustration, i walked to this dealership that i frequently passed on the bus to and from work. These guys were able to get me in a car to drive home. When everything was finalized that day, I wanted to cry. Which I did on my way home. Theres been times I went to the office and even had food with these guys while I did homework . They are like family and I will forever be thankful for helping me and my family in bettering our future. I no longer wake up at 5am to start at 8am for my shift and i no longer arrive home at 8 or 9 at night after i punch out at 5pm. I have more family time with my kids and husband and can take my kids to the doctors office, grocery store, and family outings with the help you have given me(along with the finance company)I could never thank you guys enough. Would definitely recommend if you need a car! Thanks Dugry Auto Group.

I cant describe how terrible this place is. If you are okay buying a vehicle and never receiving a title, then this is the place for you. When I called to inquire about the title, they stated that the title was accidentally sent to the wrong state. I called back a week later, it was sent to a different state. After telling them to get a duplicate, they said "no problem". I have now had this vehicle for 3 months and still do not have a title and there has not been a request for a duplicate. I cant even legally drive the vehicle I purchased 3 months ago. I now am contemplating getting a lawyer involved. This is what I get for purchasing a "salvaged title" vehicle (something they failed to mention). They said it was actually a "rebuilt title". When asked, they said it may have been stolen and that when they get these types of vehicles, they have to label it a rebuild, but it "should be fine". Unbelievable! Life lesson I guess, just do not let it happen to you.

Best car ive purchased by far. Nicely detailed cars even looking through the cars on the lot, clean and great condition. Just entering the store they make you feel welcome its awesome! Customer satisfaction beyond expectations and are very welcoming! Car runs great and so far no problems and ive had it for 3 months!!! They offered 1 month to fix my car if anything goes wrong.

I seriously cant explain how reasonable and professional this dealership was. They had the best price already, but were willing to help me with my situation. Very fair and honest run business honestly. I love my car and still feels brand new. Very professional. Will only be buying cars from Dugry.
