I bought a car from them recently they advertised it as going through a 135 point inspection like all of there cars. But when I received the car after being shipping to another state the dash was full of error codes and it was throwing error codes from drivetrain MALFUNTION which reduces power of the car to prevent anything breaking to something about parking break while driving. Apparently it tried to engage the parking brake while I was driving that pic is included, as is of leaky axle and shifter showing that the parking brake isnt engaged but it still is giving me the error. The errors arent even what Im worried about as much as the axle. on my first drive and one of the cv axles had been leaking for a very very long time and had oil thrown all under the wheel well. And yes it clicked like crazy. AS SOON AS I MADE MY FIRST TURN. Its going to cost me $900 for the part alone and then labor and they refuse to return my calls Ive called for two weeks strait and nothing nothing from the owner and nothing from the store manager the sales person keeps giving my promises that I will get a call but I never get one. now I am going through with an official complaint via Illinois Attorney General. I cant believe this dealership they even tried to say it was the shipping company VIA THE SALES PERSON. I know a lot about cars and I understand very well how long it takes a broken cv axle to start clicking. It takes a very long time which means they knew it had this issue and still sold it. How LOW ! Since Im out of state Im out of mind!!! and I understand that I bought the vehicle as is but that doesnt mean that you can sell something saying that it doesnt have any issues (LIE) THEN FALL BACK ON THE AS IS PAPERWORK. AS IS ALSO MEANS IN THE CONDITION YOU STATED PASSING YOUR 135 POINT INSPECTION. MEANS THE VEHICLE PASSED INSPECTION. you cant sell it as in good mechanical condition then when I get it the motor is bad and say well as is. I bought it as a functioning driving vehicle if it needed work that would have been negotiated and included in the deal. However they arent very forth coming.

I have not bought too many cars over the years let alone one over the internet. I am in Dallas TX and found a 2013 Camaro ZL1 in the Chicago Car Corner inventory. I am a USAA member and I also found the car listed on the USAA Car Buying Service. I reached out to Chicago Car Corner and Manny followed up with me. Chicago Car Corner worked with me on getting the Best Price for the Camaro ZL1. They also wanted me to put down a retainer for the Camaro, but as a USAA member I stated that I didn’t need to do that. I was told that Chicago Car Corner could only hold the Camaro for 3 days but I was unable to get to Chicago for 8 days. After some discussion Hitko and Manny stated they would hold the Camaro until I could get there. Manny went beyond by picking me up at the airport when I flew in to see and drive the car. The Chicago Car Corner sales staff is very professional. The buying experience is one that I have not had in the past with large Chevy Dealers. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend anyone looking for a great car buying experience to work with Chicago Car Corner.

Wow ... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRILBLE ... experience ... never again in my life, They never call back customers, after changing defective and more defective cars on very bad conditions inside, beautiful outside, they promise and promise to fix the problems of the car, they always use the excuse of the auction that you have to wait, do not sign no papers to this people, if you did try to return or cancel asap. They will not help you with no issues that they know the cars has ... Do not trust ... Do not buy you will regret it ... after dealing with a personal that was suppoused to take care of the situation the owner HILLCAT i guess will wash his hands bcse. Of no documentation on their part, if they recieve cars with stuff not working of course the auction has this details before letting a car go i teusted them for more than 4 months waiting and waiting and now im stuck with an expensive car and not eaven the second pair of keys they want to give me ...

I had the pleasure of working with Hitko as a first time car buyer. From the start, it was apparent that I had the right guy to make me feel comfortable making such a big purchase. I was weary that I would be bamboozled by a slick, fast talking, salesman who would pressure me into buying a car clearly out of my price range. This couldnt have been farther from the truth. I felt he genuinely listened to my needs, never rushed the process, and broke down the car buying process into very manageable pieces. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in a manner which instilled trust. On a personal level, he just seemed like a down to earth good guy, which is something that I really appreciate. I would 100% recommend friends and family to specifically go to Hitko if they were in the market to buy a car. I was extremely satisfied with my experience working with Ado and I look forward to continued business with him..

I bought a mini with an extended service warranty, and brought it to a mini shop immediately post purchase to have everything looked at. Sure enough there was an oil leak. The extended service warranty would pay for it but needed Chicago Car Corner to release their name from the warranty so I could get my car fixed at the Mini dealer (CCC told me I could get the car fixed anywhere when I bought it). It took almost two weeks and several phone calls from myself and the Mini dealership before they called the warranty company. They lied and said they called, but the warranty company had no record of them calling. The mini dealership had to speak with CCCs owner before getting this simple request done. ALSO, I traded in a vehicle (Dec.12) and as of today (Feb. 8) the car STILL hasnt been payed off. Im going on 3 payments for a car I no longer own. Very disappointing.
