I cant even explain how amazing the service was here. Chris and his staff are very friendly and do not try to sell things that are unnecessary like other dealerships do. Before I purchased my vehicle from Cars R Us Chicago, I shopped around and found that the many other dealerships sounded as if they were reading from scripts. Cars R Us staff is very personable and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into purchasing anything. The listing that they had online was one hundred percent accurate and they were honest about everything when I arrived there. Chris told me everything about the car that I was looking at and did not try to hide anything about the car or its history. The young man who went for the test drive with us and washed my car was very friendly and honest as well. He was funny and very down to Earth! The lobby of the car place is very clean and they manage all of their items well. Cars R Us Chicago has very nice vehicles for sale that are fairly priced. They will also do everything they can to help you finance the car if needed. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their services and I love my car!! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know looking to purchase a great vehicle at a reasonable price. I also encourage anyone reading this review to go ahead and make an appointment with Cars R Us Chicago and check out their vehicles! You wont regret it !

I bought a rebuilt from these guys about 3 months ago and couldnt be happier with the value. They gave me a great deal on the car and it runs as if it is brand new. It did only have ~6k miles on it when I bought it, but outside of a busted headlight fuse I havent had a single problem with it and Im over 10k miles now. I also have confidence based on my interactions with them and their responses to the negative reviews on here that if something were to break, theyd do their best to get me back up and running. If you dont like what they offer for your trade-in just sell it privately. They have to turn a profit on what they buy from you, so of course theyre not going to give you the KBB value. Next time I buy a car, Ill definitely look to see what these guys have in their lot first!

Cars R Us Chicago is one of the excellent dealer I ever met in my entire life since I like to change cars often. They have good customer relationship, they always try to keep to their promises. I bought one Toyota 4-Runner from them. The truck is running like a hot cake. Almost 2yrs today, I never have problem with this truck only changing of oil. I can refer them to all friends as a 5-stars reliable dealer in the city of Chicago. Try and find out, and give me feedback. Trust me, they are trustworthy compare to others.

I flew out from Salt Lake City to purchase a 2006 Subaru STI. Chris was my salesman and he was great. He was straight forward and easy going. There was no pressure and I feel like I got a good deal. They did a great job at explaining what needed to happen with title, taxes and registration once I got back to Utah. They kept an open line of communication. I am very happy with the way I was treated and how business was handled. I recommend them.

Dont ever go to this dealership. The car dealer was very rude, and he did not give a fair price for my car. And also he was false advertising some of the car prices. I was very disappointed at the service that I got from here. Most of the car here are all rebuilt title. If you want to save yourself some money and some time I would suggest dont ever go to this dealership.

Chris puts on a front. We bought a used car in good condition with only 64K, not even a year in a half later the transmission dropped. Super shady... plus the car was a money suck, kept having to take it to the shop. They said the car was from an auction, I feel like the miles were rolled back. Wether or not they knew, still not good business. Avoid at all cost!

Very pleased with the service here, everything from sales to service was handled professionally. My salesman definitely went out of his way to get me in the car I wanted at the price I needed. They even chauffeured me around for a couple of days until the deal was done. Id go back anytime!
