Stay away people. Someone told me to stay away from this west oak dealers. I didnt listen and went there anyways. They are nice when you buy a car. Once you buy it they dont want to talk to you. My engine went bad after 5 months. I didnt buy a guarantee because is ridiculously expensive. I told them about the engine , they say to call later. After 2 days they wouldnt answer the phone. I went to the office to talk to the main boss. He said " you should of brought it in" right after the office told me just to get a receipt from a mechanic Which I did. They didnt resolved anything and gave me the round around. Worst experience ever. Now am in the -2 degree weather walking to catch the bus. thats why I bought a reliable car so I dont have to walk in the cold. Not to mention overpaying for the cat.Stay away, if you really need a car go to a certified dealer.

Stay away. Purchased a car from their location on 40th and Kedzie. Called the finance company about my total owed and I was being financed $500 more than what I had agreed too. I went to the office and the girl told me that the finance company charges $500 for paperwork fees and it was taken from my down payment. Called the finance company and they say that is not true. The girl in the office pocketed the $500. I went to the main location on Cermak and demanded to return the vehicle and get my money back. Surprise surprise, the girl found my missing $500.

Bought two cars here. I Have taken my family to buy from them and we are all satisfied. My 1st car had an issue with the caliper, the owner help me with it even though I bought it "AS IS". Thats why I came for my second car they are truly nice people to deal with.

Everybody that shops here ask for the carfax . It took me a lot off obstacles and time but I just found out I purchased a truck which was in two previous accidents and to top it all off I overpaid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst place to buy a car!! Lied about the price on car!!! Didnt want to help me on purchasing new tires!!! Massive oil and power steering leak!!! They said sold as is absolutly no support after you sign off
