I was contemplating on whether or not I should come in, my credit was horrible and not to mention I have a bankruptcy on my background, and I just knew I wasnt going to get a car. The guys at JD Byrider prove me completely wrong and really worked with my situation. Their customer service was phenomenal and they went above and beyond to make sure I left with a car. James and the financial manager stayed almost 2 hours after the place closed doing everything they had to do to make sure I got a car. I was very nervous because Ive been turned down everywhere else, but James was very understanding, professional, made me feel very comfortable, and constantly ensured me everything was ok that he would get me a car by any means necessary. I got the car, they adjusted my payments to fit my schedule, and the atmosphere was just amazing! I recommend JD Byrider of bridgeview to anyone! I love my new car, my payments are affordable, they throughly explained everything to me, they worked with my bad credit situation, I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of, & my overall experience with them was exceptional! Go check them out you wont regret it!

James Rucker has been a wonderful salesman. He explains everything in full detail so that there is no confusion. I love the fact that they take their time, not making you rush into anything and made rash decisions. Thank you for helping me out when I thought all hope was gone. 8/19/17: Update. Not too long after I purchased my car, my sales person was no longer employed at this location. I reached out to him via cell phone. He let me in on a few secrets of this location specifically, needless to say, I wish I would had went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. I dont enjoy bad mouthing businesses, especially if they are actually helping people, but JD Byrider puts customers more in a bind. My experience wasnt totally bad, but I have had better experiences at worse places. If you are really looking for a second chance auto loan, be sure to not only do your research, dont settle on the first dealership that forces you into a vehicle with high mileage and more engine and mechanical problems than you care to deal with or than you can afford. And yes, I was asked to do a positive review the same day I originally purchased my vehicle.

This place is horrible my husband and I bought a car from here and they forgot to fix the breaks and the car broke down on the freeway so we had to pay to get it towed (mind you we also have the insurance add from here also) to jd byrider in chicago Ridge and the managers Mark & Kevin told me they cant even look at the car until it is in good on the pay (mind you we pay every 2weeks and the car just so happened to fall on the week we DONT pay) so waiting 5hours for that information my husband was forced to change the payment to every week in order for them to even pull the car into the garage, they didnt have a rental and I had my daughter with me. Once we paid they find out that they never fixed the breaks in the first place OMG RIGHT? welp they charged us extra, and now they tell us once you change your payment you cant change it back so they call every week we dont get paid threatening us about the car leaving voice mails and text messages you would think it was a bad break up. I will never recommend here. And they want us to get another car lmaoo

SCAMMERS - I found a 2011 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring that they posted on the internet. They didnt have details on the mileage, color etc. I sent a request form to the dealership and Jullian called me the next day. He stated the the CX-9 was just taking in and he would have pictures sent to my phone so that I could take a look. The mileage was 12K miles and the price Jullian told me over the phone was $28,740 (I wrote it down). I told him I was very interested and would come in later that day or the next. Within the hour he called me back and told me the car was not processed thru the used car department so it wasnt available and wouldnt be available until later in the week. I found this a bit odd so I have a friend of mine call a day later. Now the car was $33,800 and was available to see immediately. Unbelievable that they are this shady to pull a pricing switch like this and try to hide it. If they are doing this kind of junk sales... what else are they doing that you dont know about. I would stay far away from them!

I just had the worst experience ever with a worker at the Bridgeview office. I think it is important that workers give great personal service. The gentleman we just spoke to talked to us in such a way that it made me shake. He lied and pretty much told us if we did not have their full coverage insurance our car could be repossessed. He made all kinds of threats. He was extremely rude. This is not the first time we have had a problem with this same employee of this company. Every time you call a client you have to threaten them with a repo or should you work out another date for payment if that person payday is always two days after payment is due. Do you want your clients or is it about putting people in bad positions so that you can get your cars back. I will refer my people some place else from now on. Thank you Shawn for a leveled head and being extremely nice to us over the phone you deserve a raise.

I can all the way from south Holland il and once i get there sign papers and all they going to tell me i cant get a car because i work for UBER. And i explain to them that the car is going to be used for personal reasons not for work I go to school I have small children that go to school and we need a way to get back and forward to doctors appointments and things like that and by there only being one car in the house its very hard. Everybody knows public transportation in the suburbs sucks but thats okay. Instead of mr. Patrick telling me that they dont accept Uber drivers income I wouldnt even took that long trip with my kids to even come out there and waste my gas in my time very unprofessional. I will be getting in contact with the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau
