I purchased a vehicle from here about a year ago from today. As far as that purchase I really needed a car at the moment so I didnt mind but to be charged $5,000 for finance charges and have a vehicle that is $8,000 and 10 years old is an extremely high price when my APR is 29.04%. Considering that that is Extreme, I am still a valued customer and do make my payments on time. Never had an issue until the moment my transmission went out. Not only did I have to get my car towed here, but I was told because I actually make my payments on time when they are due and never had an issue that they will fix the vehicle. Now did they do this work out the kindness of their heart no they did quote me and charge me to do the work and I had to add the rest of that to the back of my loan while the repairs were half down just to start on the vehicle. After scraping that I was told my car will be done Saturday. Saturday came and they say the transmission that came in was broken so they push the date till Tuesday. Tuesday which is today came and I called and to let them know it has almost been two weeks since my vehicle have been with you guys and at this point I needed to be accommodated because my car is my only form of transportation in the date that you guys gave me keeps getting pushed back. I was told that this is how life works even if you have an issue with your car you will have to just get it fixed and continue to make payments because we cant help you as far as the payment. Now the thing is I never asked them to help me out with any payments but I did ask to be accommodated so I have insurance and needed a vehicle until my car was finished. Them telling me this is how life works is very rude. Dont get me wrong, the price they quoted me for was nice. But to say go to a shop, they wont give you a loner car to drive. I also know that this is possibly a lie considering the fact and I had a used vehicle beforehand and was able to get it serviced by the dealership that I bought it from and on top of that get a vehicle to accommodate me well my vehicle was getting repaired Im confused ask to how was it okay to tell your customers this is how life works when you get a used car you have to be prepared to find a way to get around but I could have sworn when I first came here to get a car I was told that everything was one hundred percent reliable and they take care of their vehicles which supposed to have been hundred percent inspected. Im very disappointed because talking to the manager Carlos as if I said I wasnt going to make my payment and try to contain the conversation into that because I use the word accommodate. I never asked them to knock-off any of my payments Im just asking it coming it is since my vehicle was told it will be done by a specific time and it is not done. I ended the phone call with I will just keep up with my payments paid that vehicle off and I will no longer deal with the Auto Warehouse anymore.

Last week, my husband and I traded in a 2005 mercury. They offered $1,500 for my suv because it had engine problems. The guy told me it wasnt worth much because it was also starting to rust. I didnt see anything I liked so I settled for a 2003 toyota for $10,000 plus interest. The next night we were going out and my husband opened the hood but wasnthe able to close it. We ended up taking my sisters car because we couldnt use it like that on the express. He opened the trunk and got mad because the carpet had stains and the side panels where scratched all over. The next morning we discovered pet hairs all over the seats, we didnt see them before because the seats are tan. We fanally noticed when the sun light hit the car directly. They didnt even bother to clean the car before selling it to someone(common courtessy). When I opened the back door to try to clean the hairs on the back seat, to my surprise or no surprise at all, there was rust on the inside of the door, worse than that on the suv I had just traded for $1500. I was just disappointed. Sure, the Toyota is "better" mechanically, but physically I would pick my mercury any time. Plus, with half of those ten grand(plus interest) that were paying for the Toyota, we couldve fixed the Mercury or simply bought a better car somewhere else. Now we have to drive around with a shoelace that we use to keep the hood closed. We shouldve taken a better look at what we were buying(common sense). In our defense, it was dark, somewhere around 9. They kept us there for about three hours. Im embarrassed to tell people how much were paying for it. When someone asks we tell them six grand and they still say the mercury was better. By the way, I checked on kbb and other sites for prices and the worth of that car is around $4,500. I feel like such a fool. I understand its a dealer so the prices are higher than buying it on the street but thats over twice its worth, three with the interest. Check prices before buying a car at a dealer and if youre not convinced walk away. The only reason I give tehm two stars is because the car runs good so far, but the body counts too. Also, I think the reason why they have over four stars is because they offer $50 for a review and people feel obligated to give a good review.

Awful, do not buy from them and if you do Id recommend you take it straight to the mechanic during the test drive, we got a car 3 months ago and had many many problems so we called and explained the problems and their answer was those are routine maintenance...well i was not aware that you have to replace a serpentine belt every 3-4 months, replace the tires monthly, replace your struts, tire rod, bearing just 3-4 months into having it "routine maintenance" and they said they can refer us to their mechanic, if their mechanic was that great why wasnt the car fixed properly before being sold? They sell bad cars so if you want a car that will break down on you quickly go to them. They dont even deserve the 1 star. Youll have better luck off Craigslist.... Update to their response from a week ago, I did call and Patricia told me that there is nothing you guys can do but refer us to your mechanic. Your response is complete Bullshit to trick other people reading these reviews. You also completely lied about offering free maintenance to show your appreciation. People looking to buy from them, you will regret it!!!! My car isnt even 6 months old and its barely drivable, I still owe so much on it, in the long run youll end up screwing yourself.

I was so nervous about coming to Auto Warehouse because I have been turned down by over 15+ dealerships. Every dealer Ive went to all promised they could help me get a vehicle but never carried threw. But on today I was friendly greeted by Tony, not knowing how God would use him to put my heart at ease. Tony wasnt like the 15+dealers because he told me he would work with me and get me into an vehicle. I have a repossession, my credit is horrible I had an open car loan as well these problems hurt me everywhere else I went and I just knew they were going to tell me know, but not Auto Warehouse they got me into a nice vehicle with only $500 down nice low monthly payments to fit my budget I couldnt have asked for more. The car I was blessed with today looks and drives way better than my first car and all thanks and praise to God for directing my steps here today. I am a living testimony that regardless of how bad the situation maybe there is one dealer out there thats willing to say YES!!! And thats Auto Warehouse BABY!!! They said YES!!! So again thank you Tony, thank you Tonys manager thank you Auto Warehouse for putting me back in gear. And to the most HIGH and MIGHTY GOD I thank you for putting my heart back at ease!!! Im so Happy!!!!
