This is the one of the worst auctions in the Manhiem System. They never answer the phones to not be very busy or not having a large number of customers in the building, security just sits all day long in their shack, but I can say, the older lady at the stand-alone information desk is very helpful. This auction is one of those organizations where management doesnt have any degrees, but only got the job, because its in the middle of nowhere and they knew someone that worked there. This is my perspective. As you may see by the other reviews, the Security is a joke. When you need help they are never there or available to assist you,but will do an investigation on individuals they think are speeding. They really take their jobs too serious, but fail to do what they are paid to do. I had an issue with one of the staff I thought was another dealer with plain clothing on,but was actually security. On my last vehicle,I was driving a sporty Pontiac G6 GTP with the larger 3.6L engine and this individual was sitting in the middle empty row.At 10MPH,this car will sound like its going 50. I drove past him and circled immediately back to park the car.He cuts me off and acts like an enraged driver. At this point Im furious and asked him,"Who the hell are you?".I kid you not,but this man was infuriated while asking me,"do you know how fast you where going?" I blew him off and went to park the car.He followed me back to the assign row for the car and I got out.He asked me for my Id and I asked him once again,"Who the hell are you?" Again ,I kid you not,but this man called for back up,but never told me who he was in order for me to give him my Id .The real security in uniform come and I show them my Id while explaining how the first guy was being very unprofessional and overreacting. The whole time everyone was covering for the guy without hearing my side. After that the police was called I told my side, and they just followed me out. In sum, it was petty and the most worked they have done all day. Why not just wearing a security uniform to prevent situation like a great example auction,Manhiem Atlanta. I never buy from this auction, but was only picking up a car for someone else and looking at and test driving the selection of cars for a possible buy since I was there.

Terrible auction, big huge facility, state of the art and all that, but the have their heads all the way up their butts to the SHOULDERS bought a truck there, sold it, when i got the title it was slightly damaged. I thought nothing of it and tried to register the vehicle for my customer The BMV wouldnt take it as it was considered mutilated or damaged, when i brought it back the girl behind the counter had the nerve to tell me that if the VIN number was visible and the title number was visible that they were not liable and that i should go try the BMV again, SHE EVEN SUGGESTED THAT I TRY ASKING DYER AUTO AUCTION IF THEY COULD HELP ME!!! (supposedly because they are in Indiana BUT I DIDNT BY THE CAR FROM THEM!!!) the manager at the BMV told me that the auction had to deliver me the title... so i went back and basically told her that the title was useless to me and that i didnt want to return the truck but had little choice (and that would mean telling my customer that he had to bring the truck back BAD FOR BUSINESS) then this lady actually had to consult with a manager before they reluctantly took the title from me and offered to order me a new one! UNBELIEVABLE! LAZY, ARROGANT, COMFORTABLE this place is mismanaged like no other needs new management from the top down UNACCEPTABLE

The woman helping me with the gate pass and getting the vehicle located that I was transporting was very helpful at first and for the most part polite. But when her friend/Co worker came around it was story time and her attitude had change towards me. Like I was no longer a priority to help but instead story time with her friend was moved to the top. The friend was swearing and saying every word you can think of without hesitation, while telling her story or gossiping whichever is preferred. No ride to my car was given due to the fact I was there at 6 am, it was too early according to her I dont know. Upon pulling up to the gate to leave with the car, I wasnt waited helped for 5 or 10 minutes. I thought I was at the wrong gate perhaps so i reversed it to talk to a security guard where he informed me otherwise and said it takes some time. He wasnt the nicest guy Id ever met either. Finally, since I backed up and then pulled back to the gate, the woman must have decided shed help me and came out an scanned the car so I could leave. Pretty much they dont work on your time and I would advise being polite if you want it to go at a somewhat so decent pace, as hard as it may be, because they may not show you respect but you know they fully expect it to be given to them

This auction should be shut down. Although Manheim auction always sucks, this auction is the worst of the worst. I requested the PSI, but only twenty minutes after my request, the system showed that the vehicle passed the PSI. It is impossible to complete the test in such a short time. So I went to arbitration. The agent of arbitration said that your PSI was blank and this sounded weird. But then the status of PSI shifted from pass to cancel. Manheim tried hard to get every one dollar from the customer, it is so wierd that the PSI became cancelled. A manger alike came and explained the BLANK PSI report to me that the PSI passed. But the question is that the PSI was blank. How it is possible that the vehicle passed the test. It is so funny. The solution provided by Manheim was to find a guy to change the content on computer rather than show me the concrete test. When I came to pick up the car, the car was not placed in PSI completed area or sold lot but in the original auction lane. Manheim must not do the PSI but lie to the customer. Next time, I will do the business with the auction but I will find the evidence to report them.

This auction deserves no stars at all. Worst customer service all around! Cant get a hold of anybody calling on auction day or not. I had a car time-out on an IF just because they were not picking up the phone for hours!!! And the excuse: "oh, its an auction day, we are busy." Impossible to get a decent run number even if I am bringing a few cars. Everyone is rude starting from dealer service clerks to security. Try talking to John Fox at dealer services if you wish to fell like you are the least appreciated person at that auction. If there is an option to buy/sell elsewhere, take your business as far from this place as you can.

If you buy a car from this auction and have any issues then basically you are screwed. From Arb manager to the AGM, they will tell you that they will take care of it, and then you would never hear from them again. Its been over six weeks and they still havent paid off the car on my floor plan. I spent over $8 million this year with Manheim and this auction will treat you like they dont want your business. Only thing I can say is stay away from this auction unless they have Major change in the management and attitudes.
