I was repeated contacted by someone named PJ McCain on their internet sales team after making an inquiry online to sell my car. When I finally got down there I was immediately paired up with Micah Neely. He was nothing short of amazing!! He was super friendly and treated me like I was his long time friend from the moment we met. He was informative, didnt make me feel stupid. He answered all my questions and he didnt try to trick me into anything that wasnt right for me. He, along with Lisa Castillo and Andy Haustein, worked for about 2 weeks to get me into something that was almost close to perfect for me. I walked away with a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander, that is still under factory warranty!! Now I must address why I didnt give everything the 5 stars I wanted to. The only reason why I didnt give the full 5 stars for customer service and friendliness has NOTHING to do with the 4 people mentioned above. They were all beyond awesome!! Unfortunately, I often felt very uncomfortable with the other sales team members I encountered in the Used Car office. No one (not one of them) was friendly to me, acknowledged me, smiled at me, spoke to me or even looked my way....nothing! I am typically not very concerned nor do I notice stuff like that, but it was so obviously and very discomforting it forced me to notice. I was there twice and both times for a couple of hours. I mean it made me really really uncomfortable....So my only advice is that the used car salesman get some customer sensitivity training (both gender and race specific) similar to that of the New Car Office folks because they are great!!! I hate to even add that last bit to my review because overall my experience with Micah I will never forget. Overall I felt very cared for and not just another sale. Micah, Lisa and Andy gave me an awesome amount on my trade and made the process so painless and seamless. I cant stress enough how much Micah made me feel like he truly cared about me getting a good deal. And for that I will be eternally grateful!!!

Hello fellow consumers! Let me preface this review by stating that I bought my wife a new Fiat earlier this year and I was very happy with that purchase. Having said that, my wife and I brought in out Fiat for an oil change and we were walking around the showroom to kill time. A saleswoman introduced herself and asked if there was any vehicle I would like to see or have interest in. Her name is Lauren Avolio and I informed her that I was interested in buying a Dodge next January or February (2015). What impressed me was that fact that Lauren not was listening, she was writing down verbatim what we were discussing. Lauren handed me her card and I told her that I was going to buy my next vehicle from her next year. A couple of weeks later, I received a text message from Bettenhausen Dodge reporting that they were giving huge incentives to purchase an 2014 because they were making way for the 2015s. I went on there website and really liked the Journey. I called Lauren the next day (she remembered me) and told her exactly what I was looking for. I emailed the required information for financing/purchasing my new vehicle and by the time I arrived there, Lauren informed me that my new vehicle was waiting for me. Lauren was wonderful and I cannot emphasize enough that the treatment and attention to detail I experienced was absolutely fantastic! I would also like to mention Joe Flores (delivery specialist) went above and beyond to explain my new purchase and even downloaded my phone contacts. Also Craig in finance was very professional and I was very happy with my financing/trade-in as well. I have no doubt that I will purchase our next vehicles from Bettenhausen as well. If there is any management reading this, please take note of Lauren, Joe and Craig because they are invaluable to your team. Also, I assure you that I had never met any of them before this purchase and I am telling my story because I very much appreciate my vehicle and experience from Bettenhausen. I came in for an oil change, was just "looking" in the show room to kill some time and this bright and cheerful young man approached me. He was just the friendliest guy! At first, I did not even think he might be a sales person! His easy manner and friendly demeanor was just like talking to someone Id known for a while. We chatted and soon the conversation turned to what I would like in another Fiat 500, since I was happy with that car - Micah Neely quickly figured out the little things I thought would be fun to have on a new car.....he then took me to the area where all these great little cars were parked - just waiting to go home with someone! Bettenhausen has every conceivable color and model combination I have ever seen. At first I was reluctant to pick one, but I felt no pressure or obligation, so I spoke up about what I would want and Micah found me several cars that were my exact match! After some thought, I went forward and settled on a beautiful sparkling white pearl 500 Sport Hatchback with a great sun roof! Micah just found the cars and encouraged me to pick out the one I would like. We went back inside to the office. He worked on the numbers and I was given a nice trade-in allowance for the car I came in with! And a very doable payment. This was the best buying experience I have ever had, purchasing a car. Micah personifies the Bettenhausen approach to the very best customer service. Seldom does a car buyer get such personal interaction, customer service, great vehicle selection and then a great price!

2016 was not a good year for me. I lost my car to a wrongful repossession last year, which was a headache for me personally, as this came on the heels of me getting a job I worked hard to get, not to mention back-to-back rear-end collisions. Needless to say I was not giving up on my search for a car. I was improving my credit score and fighting to have the repossession removed (which it was). I decided yesterday to try my luck again at another vehicle, so I gave Abbie at Bettenhausen Fiat a call. I thought I would be told the same thing I had been told for months: that I would a co-signer (which I wasnt doing, because the people I needed in my corner were of no help to me). Abbie found a bank willing to finance me, and I was going to wait until next week but she had me come in last night. 3 hours later, I am driving off with a new 2016 Fiat 500x, which I thought expensive as a car, but the discounts that were attached made that car a steal. Abbie was so helpful and nice to me, I was one of three clients she was taking care of at the same time, and she still took time out to help me get into a car that is not only affordable but reliable too. The whole staff at Bettenhausen were excellent, from the minute I walked in (dreading to hear the same bad news I had been hearing for months), to the minute I drove off in my new car. Thank you all for starting my 2017 the right way!
