Ill admit that I am the first to complain when I dont feel like I get the bang for my buck. My husband bought flowers from here a few times before and they were always beautiful. However, with this last delivery I will never buy or refer to here again. The boquet showed up looking nothing like the picture, it was over 1/2 greenery when it was supposed to be pink and white. When I called the owner she said "its really hard to get it to look exactly like the picture, they are in bloom in the photo but not when they are delivered always" now this I understand, however it wasnt even close. She was kind enough to have another boquet sent over the next day, however it was the smaller cheaper boquet not the "premium" one my husband upgraded to. When I chased down the driver (I was standing in the pouring rain while he sat in the car and talked to me) and told him it wasnt the right one and all he said was "thats what she gave me" I told him to grab the other one and compare the size and again I got (with some exasperation) "thats what she gave me" Ridiculous to say the least. I published some photos for all to see. It was the Cotton Candy boquet that went wrong. Let me tell you all that I earned it and am very happy to get flowers at all. I wasnt the one disappointed, but my husband knew what he paid for. Also, we referred friends and the delivery went all wrong. The bear and chocolate were forgotten and they had to call to get them delivered the next day. Good website, easy to order but the quality and service lack greatly.

This florist worked a miracle!! I was informed of the service time 2 hours prior to internment. I picked her out of the phone book because she was in the vicinity of the grave site. I called and she was busy of course. But she graciously said she would try. I told her the colors I wanted and gave her an approximate dollar figure. She delivered a spectacular spray, perfect in every way. Many admired the arrangement. The flowers lasted long enough to grace the memorial luncheon the next day and even longer! I am in another tight spot...Im sure she will make things lovely again and save my image of being in control...This flprist deserves your business!! THANK YOU EDNA! Sincerely, Mrs. Federico

I ordered a corsage from Kent Buds and Blooms picked it up Friday afternoon and it was terrible, took the corsage to Blossom Boutique Florist early Saturday to ask if it could be fixed, the lady working there did an outstanding job she made the corsage look full and beautiful, she was pleasant. I didnt go back to Kent Buds and Blooms to get it fixed because they open later on Saturdays and I ordered white flowers but instead they had used 3 tiny greenish looking flowers with a whole lot of ribbon to make the corsage look full. The lady at Blossom Boutique was very professional and experienced florist, Im glad she was able to fix it.

I sent my sister a flower bouquet for her birthday 2 weeks ago & she called to thank me again for the beautiful garden flowers I had sent her from Blossom Boutique Florist. She did thank me when the flowers arrived but to call me 2 weeks later was a suprise! I have tried many flower shops in Kent over the years but never got such a response from her. When I called a friendy, fun woman answered & ask me questions on what my sister liked. She put together something wonderful just based on our conversation! I will be using her again as long as my sister lives in Kent.

Just ordered same-day flower delivery and received excellent customer service over the phone. The woman I spoke to was helpful, efficient, and remarkably tolerant of my wifes and my strange pet names and unique language. I have yet to hear about the delivery, but unless you hear back from me very soon, its safe to assume the delivery and bouquet were just as flawless as the stress-free ordering process!!!
