I ordered floral arrangements for my sisters memorial service, but I wanted them to be spectacular & of a free-flowing design. I went to the store to order them & Dottie was the salesperson who helped me. When the flowers were delivered to the mortuary, they werent exactly as I had hoped (not enough color), although the design was really fabulous. I phoned Dottie & they sent someone out to add more color to two of the arrangements before the service the following morning, and they ended up being more than I could have hoped for! Received many compliments about the flowers, & the personal service from Ah Sams made it all the more special! I think Ah Sams is the finest florist on the peninsula!
