Dirty prep surface, dirty floors. I did feel comfortable eating after observing situation. Worker actual pulled a cone out of a box on the dirty floor in an attempt to use it. I declined the cone, worker seemed confused by my reaction. I think some food prep safety and cleaning training might be in order here! Avoid if at all possible.

Fairly busy tonight. Waited 15 minutes in line, seems like they need more people working during summer hours. All the napkin dispensers were empty and the counter was dirty from overflows and straw wrappers. Overall, the customer service was great and the ice cream was delicious!!

This location has always been staffed by friendly, efficient teens, who are happy to help, and patient with indecisive customers. While the service is great, I simply am not a fan of this ultra rich ice cream. If you enjoy their ice cream, youll likely rate them higher than I did.

The ice cream is pretty good with the main attraction being the toppings that you get to see get mixed in with the ice cream. Most people have described their ice cream as very expesnsive and Id agree, you could get a couple of quarts with the price of a small ice cream.

Good Ice cream place to go with the family. The prices are a tad bit higher, but the ice cream is made fresh. Not usually a big line. The workers are really nice as well! There is a fountain you can sit at right outside the store and eat your ice cream!

This one is nicer than the one in Ann Arbor. Its bigger so you are not crowded as soon as you enter. And the ice cream is so soft and delicious. A little on the expensive side, but t still worth it.
