Went in for B service. Nice place. The service advisor was very professional and friendly. No problem with the B service but it did take about 2 hours. Not sure if that is a reasonable time for what has to be done. I have a problem with a part that affects the up and down movement of the top. When they looked at it they told me a gear was broken on the part. I had already determined that as I found broken pieces of plastic in the trunk. They gave me an estimate to fix it at over $1500.00. I was a bit shocked at the estimate. The part number that they gave me was to replace the entire gear mechanism and the motor which I was told would take 5 hours of labor. I dont know if it is possible but It seems to me that they should be able to order a part that replaces the broken part of the gear and not the entire motor that would involve a lot less cost and labor. Why the entire motor which works fine has to be replaced seems impractical to me. In addition, assuming that it all has to be replaced they are charging me $656.25 for the part. I went online to several places selling OEM Mercedes parts all showing the list price of the part to be only $525.00 with the lowest sale price at $371.70. The service advisor did tell me I could order the part myself and they would still install it but it would not have any warranty.

I can only describe the new EHT location as beautiful and every employee there is so nice. If youre looking to buy/lease a car I highly recommend Darnell. He is very nice, knowledgable, and unlike the typical cars salesmen in the area he does not push you or bully you into making a decision. I first met Darnell a year ago when he helped my parents lease a SUV. We were all pleasantly surprised with the amount of respect and care he exhibited. He used "sir" and "mam" when greeting us and answering our questions and he made sure we knew every function and feature their new car had to offer. After shopping around for a new car for myself the past few weeks I decided to stop into the dealership and went straight to Darnell because of how pleased our family was with his help a year prior. He immediately remembered me and helped me get a great deal. But the relationship doesnt stop once you leave the dealership. He gave me his personal phone number and called a few days later to see if I had any questions or concerns about the new car and if I was happy with his services. He also said to call him any time if I have any questions or problems. Darnell is a very genuine person and my family is so happy with the services he provides. I definitely recommend that you ask for him.

Felt completely raped .Car would not start , my mechanic concluded that it was a bad ignition switch, Mercedes refused to sell him the part. I then had to have car towed to Mercedes, no loaner, two weeks later $1500.00 total cost for repair. Fast forward 7 month later the same scenario happens again! Damon (service rep) initially claimed it was the battery , I had bought a new battery 7 months prior ( part of the $1500.00 repair). Next he said it was something electrical from the trunk and that it was going to cost me $360.00 to diagnose. I told him to check the part (steering lock mechanism) that Mercedes supposedly replaced 7 months ago, he was adamant that it was not that, ( He knew that WITHOUT A DIAGNOSIS??? ) I suggested the EIS, a common cause given the circumstances, AGAIN he was adamant that it was not that. Lo and behold he runs a diagnosis, claims its the EIS, MY ORIGINAL SUGGESTION!. My bill was $360.00 for a diagnosis + $1545.00, + tax. Speaking to the service manager was demeaning , his reply was " I think the price is fair, besides you cant get this part anywhere else so good luck with that" PLEASE go anywhere else other than Mercedes Benz in EHT , YOU WILL GET TAKEN FOR A RIDE! PS... I bought this car new from this dealership!

As a first car buyer, it was the best experience. At Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City, upon entering the building, I was greeted warmly by Molly Daulerio. She kindly directed me to Darnell Greenidge. He answered every single one of my questions with precision accuracy. He walked me through the process like we were walking on the beach. I also had the pleasure of meeting Frank Daulerio, the general manager. He shook my hand, gave me his card, and told me if I had any questions to only ask. Next, I met Deborah Mavilla. She made the miracles happen and I walked out of the building amazed by such a generous, kind, caring, attentive, patient, family. I had the pleasure of meeting Jose Bello and Audi and Todd Kravitz. White Lightenin (2014 ML 350) was kindly driven down from P.A. by Marvin. Best of all I drove her home at the end of this wonderful experience. So when I first walked in I was introduced to Darnell and I got a very positive vibe from our first interaction. He was very polite and acted as if he really cared about finding me my desired car. I felt confident from our interaction that he was going to find my car. A few days later I walked out with the keys to my brand new CLA 250. I have never rated or have written a review for a car dealership but I felt like I had to with this place because of the amazing service I got from Darnell. Never did I feel pressured or felt that he was being pushy at any point in time. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Thank you Darnell for being honest and finding me my dream car. Just bought my new Mercedes Benz and I must say this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Staff at MB of Atlantis City was the best people and very professional. Special thanks to Michael Kane, Johnathan and Mike. They made me feel special and got me the best deal after I walked out of MB of Cherry Hill and other dealerships. Buying a car can be very stressful, but I had a very positive experience at this location. The main reason is because of the way I was treated by one of the dealerships sales people, Darnell Greenidge. He was not pushy at all, yet at the same time, he was very helpful in educating me about the model I was looking to buy. The thing I liked most about him was that he was very professional while providing a high level of customer service.
