I have dealt with many used car lenders, and Rob Jacobs is by far the best. I went to him a few days ago (under a friends recommendation), and explained to him my car situation. I informed him I needed a car that has good gas mileage since I work 4 jobs, all in different locations. He allowed me to have my time to look at the cars, and ask questions. I never once felt rushed, or having a car that I did not want pushed on me. He is truly sweet, and sincere. The fact that he REALLY stands behind his cars, and truly wants to make sure his customers are happy, was such a great feeling. Finally, when it was time to get the car, he adjusted his plans on HIS DAY OFF to accommodate my needs. I DROVE MY CAR to work today, and I could not be happier. Smooth ride, clean interior, and an amazing experience. I am planning on getting a few more cars from him within the next few months. Give him a try....you wont be disappointed :)

I would strongly suggest one stay away from Rob Jacobs Auto Sales. His true talent is being a master of disguise, not an ethical businessman. In 2011 I bought a 2002 Ford Focus. For a used car it initially appeared impeccable, it ran like a top until just a few weeks later. Please review the following a) Needed new ball joints and stabilizer links. b) Major leak in the A/C evaporator coil. I am sure a full recharge was done before pickup. c) Needed a new exhaust manifold hose. Computer was probably cleared before pickup. d) There were other issues too. I don’t know how he did it but he completely hid all these defects. My experience is obviously far different from the hype that he has on his web-site; "After all his family name is up on that sign, he needs to stand behind what he sells" and "WE ARE THE EXCEPTION"???? Nothing about this buisness is positive. Mondays no one answers the phones, you must go into the office if you want to speak to anyone. They do not honor your warranty, and play around when it comes to the lm fixing any problems with the vehicle. They are con artists, scammers, and just plain ignorant. Bought a vehicle in feb 2015, still going back and forth with them about fixing a problem that existed when it was purchased and need it to pass inspection. It is practically september and nothing has been resolved. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. They are scavengers. Disgusting buisness.

ROB JACOBS AUTO SALES--the best in the car business! The staff is #1! I have been with them since 2009 and the service and honesty cant be beat. I drive 60 miles each way to go there for my car that I happily purchased from ROB in 2009. Rob, Durk, Sharyne, and Bill are really good, caring people. I have also had my son purchase a car here. Another good experience! I cant imagine going any place else. They have helped me so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my first car from Rob in 2012 and she ran great for three years and is still in great condition. I just traded it in for 2004 Jeep and I am very impressed with this one as well. Iv been taking it on the beach and havent had a single problem. Rob is willing to work with you, and make you an honest deal.

Dont ever buy from there i bought my lexus es 300 from the time i bought problem problem after 10 months of owning the car transmission problem came and costed me over 3000 dollars dont go.....
