I want to start off by saying I never write reviews. However I feel compelled to Praise the whole Hamilton Mazda team. I was in need of getting out of a vehicle that was very unreliable (only 2 years old) and was going to purchase a Jeep mostly because of the ridiculous deals they have going now. I have always loved the CX9 and it has always been just out of reach price wise I have looked at it on several visits before buying the death trap as we like to call it in 2013. My husband who was dead set against the Jeep suggested I go talk to Hamilton Mazda 1 more time. So off I go to Hamilton Mazda as soon as I get there I ask for Neal S who had helped me previously. He was off but came in quickly any way to meet with me. We talked I explained that I wanted (the Mazda CX9 Touring on the Showroom Floor Pearl White with Almond Leather interior with AWD) and where I wanted to be payment wise all the time thinking this poor guy is probably loosing this gorgeous day stuck inside with me on a deal I didn’t think was possible. I also want to say the Mazda CX9 was well over $2000 more than the Jeep so I really thought I was wasting my time and Neal’s. He repeatedly told me it was fine and if there was anything he could do he would to make this happen so I could have the Mazda SUV of my Dreams. I have to say I was shocked when he came back with the numbers and they were so close to the other suv I was shocked. I saw right away this was possible and likely going to happen with a little tweaking to the deal running my credit and such. Within 30 mins we were under where I wanted to be and I was set to pick up my CX9 the next day since it was Neal’s day off and I could certainty wait another day. I called 1st this in the morning to add Automatic start which my husband reminded me when I got home that I cannot live without. I went back the next day did the paperwork which was painless and found out the deal got a little better since we already have a Mazda 6 registered in the house within 1 hour I was done with paperwork and synching my phone. I was treated with respect which any woman knows is hard to get at a car dealership. I was never talked down to as I was other places or dismissed and told to come back with my husband. I was not harassed to make the deal right that minute or it was “going to be off the table”. The whole Hamilton Mazda team was great and helpful and courteous. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used. I feel like I got a great deal and feel when I return for service I will be treated with the same respect I received from the sales team. Again all this from someone who really doesn’t write reviews Hamilton Mazda does deserve to have people know they are AWESOME to work with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently brought my 2007 Mazda 3 to Hamilton Imports to have a simple oil and lube. I was very pleased that they took their expired coupon, no questions asked, and had me in and out in less than 45 min. they also followed up with a nice phone call offering to help in any other ways possible. Although a pleasant and quick experience, I did not really want to see them for another 4-5 months. Unfortunately, my car stalled two days later, for no apparent reason and would not turn over. Thankfully, I was in a Wal-Mart parking lot and was able to address things safely. I assumed that one of the fluids was low and the cars computer was keeping it from starting as a protection measure. I checked the oil and could not see much if any on the dipstick. (at this point I was cursing them). I added a couple of quarts and then tried again. The car started and I went on my way looking forward to following up with what appeared as their oversight. 1/2 mile later, I realized the oversight was mine...clearly visible as a cloud of smoke behind me. I could not see the oil level because it was really overcast and the oil was very clean. I now had way too much really clean oil in my car. I called them the next day, tail between my legs to see if they could help. They cheerfully sent over a driver and technician and brought my car back to the shop. They provided me a loaner, re-did the oil change, drove the car for ten miles to ensure nothing else was wrong. I knew I was at fault and they had the opportuntiy to take advantage of it. But the true character comes out when a company has an opportunity like this one. ....they did not! They said "no charge" and even offered to wash it!!!!!! I cannot say if they treat all of their customers this way, all of our other interactions have been mundane and handled politely. They could have charged me a couple of hundred dollars for all of the service they provided. However, they seem to understand the importance of creating satisfied customers rather than looking for a lot of others to take advantage of. I am sorry that this review is all I can offer in acknowledgement. I still do not know why I stalled, maybe it was all of the rain. It does not much matter. I have always loved my Mazdas and they have always lasted and taken good care of me. I am pleased to say there is a servicing dealer that will do the same.

I purchased in 2013: I was so excited when I bought my first brand new car, mazda 3 5 speed, which I had rented on vacation and loved so much that I just had to purchase for myself. From the door I had an iffy feeling but just had to have my mazda. Brian, finance guy, is extremely creepy. I was 100% taken care of through my credit union, so I didnt even need to use him but Frank (salesman) was never in when I went. Brian said hed "help" me as a "courtesy" since I already knew what I wanted and didnt require financing. He consistently talked about how well he does at the dealership and how he didnt even need my sale since it was the end of the month and he had already gone above quota blah blah blah. Each question I asked about the car or warranty was answered condescendingly, as if I should already have known and it was just a bother for me to even speak. I just smiled and nodded thinking that Im not buying him, Im buying my car. Such a weirdo. Fast forward a year and a half. Ive had nothing but issues at each service. Either sitting over an hour for a simple oil change or not getting called when my car was ready until the next evening for things that were "promised" same day. The service hours are very inconvenient for anyone who actually works a 40/hr. As much as I love my mazda, Ill never buy from Hamilton again. Ill def take the ride to PA instead.

I just purchased a Mazda6 GT from Tom G - what great experience! I have not walked into a new car dealership in many years - I loathe the experience!!! But, I have to say my experience here was so refreshing, extremely no-hassle, NO HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS, No Surprises. I conducted the entire transaction by phone - I only showed up 1 hour before they closed tonight to sign and drive off. Tom was great! He gave me a rock bottom price (untouched by any other dealer) right from the start. Forget the True Car Pricing and Forget the Costco pricing - he beat it all without me saying how much I wanted to pay. He just gave me his best & final price right off the bat! How about that?!?!?! He let me know about all incentives, got me the car in the color and specs I wanted from another dealer in Delaware, called me to let me know status all the way through that process. He had the car prepped and ready for me to meet him for the first time in person, sign the docs, and drive off. BTW Don the Finance/Business Mgr was real nice and top notch! No pressure and gimmick free. I recommend if you buy a Mazda, this is the dealership for you. It is worth the drive, trust me - you will NOT REGRET IT! Great job guys! Ill be back, and will send my neighbors and friends in the meantime!
