THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN KNOWN TO LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I recently purchased a vehicle and pat and the "sales manager" charged me five thousand more then they originally told me. Then they told me my lease was for four years...the bank called and informed me that is was for 4 1/2 years. THEY NEVER HAD ME SIGN THE RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT - NOR DID THEY SHOW ME IT. I was later informed by the bank that it was never presented to me and that the deal was never finalized. They never showed me the contract because it didnt match up to the information they provided me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SNEAKY AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. Finally, when I presented the facts to jeff - he lied to my lawyer and said he was the owner. When i came in for my refund - they tried getting me to sign a form that states " i cannot have any complaints towards the company ; in order for me to receive SOME of my refund back." I love the vehicle but I refused to give business to a company that lies and takes advantage of woman who are young. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Ive heard NOTHING but horrible things.

They sold me a vehicle in July, Ive already had to spend over $2000 dollars in repairs. The vehicle had massive corrosion in the under carriage which is illegal to even sell. They sent me across the street to "their" mechanic all brand tire who kept my car for numerous days and did nothing to repair ANYTHING!! Currently, my car is sitting in a garage being fixed after having to replace the catalytic convertor, which they said would be covered under their "2 year warranty" and WASNT. Go figure. Not to mention I now have a hole in my e vap system which is costing to the tune of $313 dollars. Id say out of the 4 months of having this vehicle its been in a garage well over a month of that time. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! these people are in it for the money and not the customer. Not to mention I told them I was a single mother working and going to school full-time. That says a lot for these peoples character and lack of integrity. I am absolutely disgusted by them and anything associated with B&D auto sales.

I am very dissatisfied with your company! You lie and cheat hardworking people to make a buck. You sell a car that is in such bad repair that is dangerous and unsafe. You dont even try to help. When there is a ccomplaint, you simple blame the consumer. How come you dont take responsible for your actions. You hide behind a contract. Your company and your employees dont care that people work hard for their money. Your company is no better than a thief. Your dealership has no integrity. You even rip off police officers, firefighters and their families. At least you are consistent. I have told everyone that i know off not to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I know you wont post this because of bad business. You post the good but nit the bad, if there is any good. Shame on you! P.S. I am erasing the one star that I gave. You dont even deserve it!

Stopped by for this one truck that they had on the Internet for $16,800 with beat up tires and missing a wheel cap and when I got there 10 minutes before they closed they would not let me test drive it specially knowing that I drove 1hr and 20 minutes away but thats not all when I asked for the price the guy said $17,900 and when I told him I dont want to finance I want to buy cash he said $17,500 and nothing less but the funny part is they where already charging $16,800. Now I know why so many bad reviews. My first time walking into a dealership always bought my cars from private sellers and boy oh boy dealers like these is what gives the other good dealers a bad reputation for people like me.

Not the best decision I made going there. I was sold a vehicle that gave me problems right off the lot. Wouldnt start and broken suspension on front and back . I Figured I wouldve gotten enough respect to get my vehicle fixed or go half after putting out all that money but I was ignored and was told by Jeff they would sell me another warranty on top of the one that was stuck in my financing payments that covers nothing. But thats another story. I got poor customer service and lies from day one. I had to give them at least one star as they were fast to take my money. Youve been warned

i just bought a truck from here honestly extremely happy with how the entire process went I worked with patrick i was not pushed into buying anything and he was upfront about everything as well he worked with me and my budget i was in and out with the truck i wanted all in the same day i give these guys here 5 starz all day i highly recomend these guys if youre in the market for a used vehicle. I have been to alot of dealers and it was always a run around or asking ridiculous numbers for trucks as well as dp again Im extremely happy with these guys here thank you B&D auto

The facilitation of the purchasing process was swift and they walked me through it with great patience and enthusiasm. Joe was even kind enough to offer me lunch. Jeff was great. Pat was great as well. Walked me through everything I wasnt well versed with. I recommend this lot to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, theyre wonderful.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Deposited 500 on a car, they sold it, got my $$$ back thru my bank, thought all was good, i even went back and bought a car for my son!! Only to find out he lied to the bank!! Only one guy there that has an ounce of integrity and thats the blond headed kid, hope he mks it out of there b4 the owner ruins him!!! STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!!! Enjoy the deposit you stole!!!!

Worst dealer to buy a car they sold me a Jeep Wrangler and it turns out that it has problems and they knew about it and never told me and now theyre giving me hard time to get it fixed and like to beat around the bush tell you they are going to call you back and they never do. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEYRE HORRIBLE!!!

Patrick was very friendly. I had been shopping for a car for a while and some places I went to turned me down. I thought the same things going to happen here. But no Patrick called me and told me that I was approved for a car. So happy I came. Now I am the proud owner of a 2012 Toyota Camry
