My visit to Belle Mead Garage was the worst experience I have ever had with any car service. I brought in my car before driving to Florida for vacation with my family just for regular check up simply to be sure the car is ready for long trip so there will be no surprise on the road. When I picked the car up I was told everything was fine but when I tried to drive off the car wouldnt go over 20 miles per hour. When I returned and complained about the service I was told in rude manner the car was like that way from the beginning. I was using the car every day for commuting and when I drove it in the car was driving with no issues. Belle Mead Garage didnt want to take any responsibility for the service they did to my car and were not able to repair it from damages. I had to tow the car on my own expense to Nissan North Plainfield for repairs. I was told by Nissan that Belle Mead Garage must have had fried cars computer and billed me for fixing it $5k. My advice - stay away from Belle Mead Garage Best Regards, SJ

I have brought my vehicles to Belle Mead Garage for at least 10 years, and I find that everything about the business and individuals who run it is completely outstanding. I can confirm what others have said: that they do regularly go the extra mile, and that their work is top notch. I feel as much personal as business loyalty to them, and I cant imagine entrusting my vehicle to anyone else. It is very easy to understand why they have had a successful business for so many decades. As a bonus, their office area is very interesting to look at; it has much local and historical memorabilia that shows the depth of their connection to the community

I purchased a vehicle from Mr Kip, he told me that the vehicle that I purchased was checked before they put it up for sale. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and he informed me that it will cost over $4000.00 to fix. I told Mr Kip what my mechanic said and I never heard from him again. That is not the action of a fair and responsible business man that is the action of a business man that takes advantage of the consumer. So dont buy from Belle Mead Garage, if you do have your personal mechanic examine it first. Dont let what happen to me happen to you. I am now paying for a vehicle that is a piece of JUNK!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My relationship with Belle Meade Garage has been by far the best service relationship I have ever had. We bought our 2004 Pacifica new from them. The fit and finish of the car was more than we could ask for. We have taken it there for service religiously since new and Kip has always been helpful, providing us with a loner if our car was needed over night. I highly recommend Belle Meade Garage to anyone who is looking for a garage that they can trust.

Service people are nice, but the service charges themselves are over priced and inconstant. I went in for an oil change and a radiator flush which together cost 198$. Went back in the next day because my coolant was muddy brown, they charged me 250$ for another coolant flush. Come the next day, it is again brown and muddy and they want to charge me again to flush it. It clearly is not fixing the problem I needed fixed.

From the owners, Murph and Kip, to the service staff, Jaimie and Mike, they take the time to do things right, and they explain what they are doing. They were good and the person was knowledgeable but was in a hurry leave for the day even he had 1hr to closing time. Knowledgeable .. courteous . dependable. One of the most honest service shops I know. Some places play you for stupid and try to make more money. Try to get you for unnecessary repairs.. Not here.. I highly recommend this garage.. I bought my tractor there and now I do all my car repairs here too.

Very good service!! Price seems fair. They always offer to give you a ride or let you a car while you car is been repaired. Replacements are clunkers though.
