After doing a lot of homework, I visited Genesis and had, all-in-all, a great experience. Sharon, James, and Tom were all courteous, professional and helpful and made the used car buying process MUCH less painful than I expected it to be. I do believe I did indeed get a great car at a great price. They *encouraged* me to not only test drive it BUT, get this, to take the car to my own mechanic in Philadelphia to get it looked at. The car I ended up buying from them definitely needs work, but ANY car that age would need work and Genesis helped me figure out ways to get the necessary work done in ways that would save me money. Genesis is a small family owned dealership that has been around for 15 years (I think). They also helped me to get a new insurance policy on site and stay close to my total budget. Id not hesitate to send friends and family to them. The only negative was, they ARE in NJ :-P

Great place. Bought my 08 Hyundai Tucson about 5 months ago and have not had a single issue with it. The employees and owner were very accommodating and pleasant. Great selection of cars as well. Had trouble choosing what I wanted. Got a great deal though and couldnt turn away. Thanks guys! Ill definitely be bringing my business back when Im ready for another new/used vehicle!

Most disturbing place to do business with. Unprofessional and unconcerned after the sale. So glad that I do not have to do business with a place like that. The cold and dark way the office looks should turn you right away because the attitudes of the staff is the same way. I was there with my son who did not have a choice. Sorry for him and sorry for you if you go there.

Very nice and hospitable folks. However the cars they sell you are another story. Make sure to bring a mechanic with you as the cars they buy are from auction and they do absolutely NO work to them prior to reselling. Not even a simple oil change. Check your tires as they are often on there last leg. Check under the hood also.

My husband and I stopped by Genesis a few weeks ago to look at cars. They had a great selection of different cars and trucks. The staff were friendly and helpful and helped us to find the right car for our family. We will definitely be back when we need to buy another vehicle.

Came in looking for a car, got reprimanded for saying that i didnt like the cars I was being shown by the woman named Shannon. Very unprofessional. Will never do business there.
