I was very disappointed when I went there last week. I had purchased a car from them last year and enjoyed the experience. My salesman last year was Jesus Flores and the manager was Brian, I hope that was his name. Both were very nice last year so I decided to go back because I was looking for a truck. There has been a new salesman named Williams that took over Floress job because he had quit and had given me several courtesy calls so I decided to have him assist me. When I got there I told them that I was looking for Mr. Williams and the secretary asked who I was so I told her Lopez or Mr. Lopez. She then proceeded to make fun of me and talk about me with the salesman next to me "Well I guess he doesnt have a first name. Oh I cant wait to see how this goes." Like as if though I am deaf or something or not really care what I thought. I then went on to say I was a repeat customer but I dont think they cared. Mr. Williams arrived and he spoke for me for like two minutes and then passed me on to the salesman that had been laughing at me with the secretary so that kind of annoyed me. By now they knew my information so he tried saying my first name but totally butchered it and this annoyed me even more. I mean seriously how hard is it to say Mr. Lopez. Whatever, he showed me a truck and we test drove it but they did not have any new ones in stock. So I then asked him to search for some around the area in his computer and he only found one truck for me. While I was waiting there the sales manager from last year recognized me and came over and said hello. Brian is a great guy, again I hope that is his name. So anyway I left disappointed because they had no trucks and I just did not feel appreciated as a customer that day. So sad because I gave them such great reviews last year.

Sales department Person dealt with: Vincent Lin (pre owned manager) My family and I went to go trade in our 2010 Nissan Murano SL. Everyone else we talked to before Vincent was extremely nice and helpful. However when we got to Vincent everything changed as he pretended to be a technician and proceeded to point out every little thing he could negatively about our vehicle, even making names up for names of sensors that he has no idea about. Long story short our cars value decreased by about $2,500, from him wanting to charge us for bald tires alignment and $400 used car inspection which only costs them one hour and only pays the technician about $20. As you can see in the pictures I provided he wanted to over charges for everything that was wrong with the vehicle even though it is a 2010 with 96000 miles on it. Although he said that he didnt like any aftermarket stuff on the vehicle because it lowered the price on his end he never mentioned the aftermarket HIDs I have in the vehicle which I know increase the value on his end but thats okay he also tried to explain to me that the car needed a new air map sensor even though the vehicle has never thrown a check engine light and the sensor is OEM. The only thing that original on the vehicle was a cone air filter but he based all his observations on that and came back to tell me that all my tires were below 3/32 when on his pictures they were between four and five and to my knowledge thats their problem after they buy it. We got offered $5,000 for our vehicle and the next day we went to Linden Volkswagen where we were treated extremely good and we got paid $7,000 for our vehicle.

Never going back! Their service department is fraud. I took my Quest minivan with a terrible engine pinging noise and left it there. They called me back and told that they took it for a test drive and they did not hear any noise. They said the heat shield was loose and rattling(a minor repair for $60). But they also told me the front and rear brakes must be the noise I complained. They replaced the rotors and pads for front and rear brakes, a $700 repair. Though they told that the car would be ready in the evening or next morning, it was not ready next day, and they did not call me to inform. I had to call them several times on the third day to learn if it was ready. When we got the car the engine noise was as loud as before. That is a noise that they claimed that did not exist. This engine makes noise like a fishing boat engine; it is like an old John Deere diesel tractor engine; even a deaf person can hear it. Obiously these guys did not want to bother or deal with the real problem. Buy they were still able to skim a lot of money by pointing me to another direction. Yes, many mechanics try the same thing; they always find costly repair needs to charge you and most times not able to correct to problem with either wrong diagnosis or wrong repair. You still beware of their service department. They even recommended on my previous visit that the front control arms must be replaced which were already renewed by them a few years ago. Their online reviews also look like phony. A five star from N Flores to salesperson Jesus Flores. Some other reviews dont sound genuine either.

Do not do business with this dealer! I financed a certified pre owned car from nissan in early January just to find out the car was defective. When it came to getting the car fixed their customer service was little to non existent. There was a lot of going back and forth between different representatives from bridge water Nissan and no help. It wasnt until I left a negative review on yelp when I was finally helped like I should have been from the beginning. Once I left the review their staff turned professional and the manager reached out to me, I didnt have to call this time. The problem was resolved they took the car and gave me a loaner until it was fixed. But it wasnt until I hassled them for days that they came up with this remedy. Since then, Ive had issues with the transmission. I havent bothered to call bridge water Nissan because of there lousy customer service. Its sad to think that I feel I have a better chance getting good customer service if I leave a bad review. Bottom line is dont do business with this dealer and bring your hard earned money elsewhere where you will feel respected. I would like to get the car fixed but at this point im looking into getting a full refund and get out of this dream car turned nightmare. I bought the car thinking I wouldnt have to go back and forth for repairs like my used cars in the past but I was wrong. If I can get out of this nightmare I will end up going back to used cars or just goto another dealer because "certified pre owned" cars from bridge water Nissan are a waste of money in my opinion.
