If it was possible to give a ZERO STAR rating i certainly would. reasons! First one being that every time they say "ill call u" they never do. Second, and biggest reason, they lie. I went in to get a mazda cx7 i saw online. It was listed at 5,999. I told them my credit was not so good but i have 3000 i wanted to put down on it. They said they would call me in the morning after a credit check. 1pm came around and i had to call them. At which time they decided to run my credit after i called. He said he would call me in 15 min. An hour later he called and said all good. I got there to pick up the car and they told me that cuz my credit was bad, the financing bank charged them $500 just to accept me. I signed the papers and then a week later the bank called me, so i asked them about the $500, i was told that was a lie cuz its illegal to charge anything. That would be a bribe ! WORLD WIDE AUTO SALES ARE THIEVES !! Before the approval, i told them, ill buy it if they put 2 new tires on the back and do the back brakes. They agreed.. come to find out after taking a closer look, they put new ones on the back but put the old back tires on the front, and kept the ones that were on the front.. THEY NEVER CALL ME! its been three weeks now since i bought the mazda and they didnt call to let me know that my plates are even there. WHAT A FKKIN JOKE!

As a mother of two young children, my husband and I had been looking for months at various dealerships within a 30 mile radius from where we live. Someone suggested Worldwide Auto Sales in Hamilton, NJ. After taking a ride on a Wednesday evening and finding two vehicles which I absolutely fell in love with, I came back with my husband the following Saturday. The sales people were extrememly helpful in discussing the best financing terms that would fit to our availability. We did not need to put down a large deposit and have been financing the rest. At first I was leary of used cars, but the 2007 Ford Explorer was perfect for my family. It was clean, mileage was at approx. 78,000 and it was detailed and looked over by their mechanic right in front of us before we left the lot to ensure that it was in good condition. It has been over a year now that I am driving this car and I have had nothing but GOOD luck with it! Ive never needed to bring it in for any repairs and out of the 3 different vehicles that I have owned, this by far is my favorite. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Worldwide Auto Sales to find a car. The people there are friendly, dependable and trustworthy.

My sister recommended this dealership to me about a year ago. I have not so great credit, but I was approved for a car loan within 10 mins. I purchased an 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee last October. Never had any issues until this past week (which is expected with a 9 year old car with over 110,000 miles), and I took it to a Jeep dealership close to home since I have an extended warranty. They wanted to charge me over $1,200 for repairs, half of which was labor alone. I called World Wide Auto, extremely upset, and spoke to Russ. He told me to bring my car in the next morning. The team there fixed the issues in a reasonable amount of time, and I was only charged my $100 deductible!!! Come to find out, one of the issues the other place quoted me on, wasnt even an issue! I couldnt have picked a better dealership to purchase my car from! Its nice to see that theres still honest people left in the car industry. I highly recommend them!!

I agree with the two other peoples comments. The salesman gave me the impression that he was including tags and registration with the total sale. Instead he charged me for the minor things I asked them to do to the car before pick up. To make matters even better, the small repair I asked them to do on one of the door handles was fixed, but they ended up breaking something else while fixing it. I dont like doing business with people who are conniving and sneaky. Best advise, STAY AWAY, but If you do buy from them, make sure you look at the amounts on the contract and where they are placed :/, take a mechanic with you and always ask for a carfax. Oh and ask to have the car washed before signing the contract. They hide the body damages by keeping them dirty. Inspect the windshield for cracks.

Purchased two vehicles within 8 months in 2016 due to first being rear ended and totaled. First vehicle was fine. Second had unrepairable (by Worldwide Auto and dealership) electrical problems that showed up in first week. Frequent loss of turn signals, headlights, etc. Both cars sold with warranties but very unfortunate for me although about same price second warranty covered much less than the first and not these problems. Within 3 months ended up having to take second loan so I could pay the car off and junk it. Not totally their fault should always get car checked by third party or free 30 day warranty and check Carfax to avoid vehicles with front end accident and quick turnover from previous owner.

After initially having what I perceived to be a bad experience, I can now say that this is a great place to buy a car. Staff are friendly, competent and efficient, and very concerned for the well being of their customers. They jumped at the chance to work with me to correct some issues I had with a vehicle I purchased there, and it has become apparent they are totally committed to the buyer having a great experience, and generating repeat business. I feel that the price I received was fantastic. Coupled with their willingness to ensure I was happy with my vehicle, I can safely say you have nothing to lose by buying here.

I had an absolute great experience at this dealership. My credit wasnt the greatest, I couldnt get approved anywhere, and they got me approved thru a bank. After I purchased my car, I had a issue with it about a month after I bought it, it wasnt covered under warranty, but they took care of it and fixed my car free of cost. I shopped around for a few weeks looking at cars, and they had the best prices. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. I have already referred this dealership to some friends and I plan on buying my next vehicle from them as well. Thanks guys for making my car buying experience easy!

We went to buy a car here, and the wanted to test drive a car we liked. The sales rep was smoking a cigarette while dealing with us which was not professional at all. I have nothing against smokers.. But the sales rep said we can only test drive the car if we agree to pay the price he was asking for for the car we were interested in. due the car having high mileage than average my dad said we would like to negotiate after the test drive if we like the car, and the sales rep said no to that.. so we walked out of there, and got a car elsewhere on the same day. worst car dealership I have seen in my opinion.
