My wife and I decided to drop in to Bridgewater Volvo s dealership given we were considering replacing my wifes car. As we were looking over the cars on the lot, Dominick DiFalco approached us, introduced himself, and offered his assistance. We returned and began the process of negotiating the purchase. From the first steps to the last - Dominick proved to be a true professional, considerate, knowledgeable, considerate of our time, and most importantly, willing to go the extra mile. We decided that based on the S90 model we wanted that we would need to look into the process of selecting from available inventory. I returned with a list of the available cars in our order of priority and Dominick and general manager Al Cologna took the baton and began the arduous process of negotiating with the dealer involved. It was this commitment to us that had us cross the line and consider replacing my car at the same time. Once again we began our search with Dominick and once again decided that existing inventory for the XC90 was the way to go. Here again Dominick and Al went to bat for us and achieved an A+++ grade in that they were able to negotiate and secure the exact models we wanted - our prime options!!. We picked up the cars on the same day and at that time met with Steven Dolly - business manager, and dotted the "is" and crossed the "ts". Steven proved to be extremely knowledgeable as we went over the extended services available for us to purchase. His ability to explain everything in detail and to work with us made it easy and resulted in our acquiring those services we felt were value added. Overall we cant say enough about the great experience we had - something that in current times is more elusive than winning Lotto - although we did win when it comes to selecting Dominick, Al, Steven and the entire team at Bridgewater Volvo. When I was ready to purchase a new car I did not know exactly what I wanted so I decided to take the day and visit all of the dealerships uo and down Rt 22... Volvo, Ford, Lexus, Toyota, Mercedes, Jeep ect. Of all of the dealerships my representative, Tony, was the most welcoming and friendliest. I felt very comfortable working with Tony. The other dealers were either arrogant or lazy, which definitely influenced my purchase. I negotiated quite a bit with Volvo and I am confident that I got a good deal. When I was ready to pick up my new car - the paperwork was quick and organized. I was in and out in an hour. Once the paperwork was signed Tony did another walk through with the car and showed me all of the features in it, which I truly appreciated (my 2004 did not have any of these fancy features). The car - I bought a Volvo XC60 and I LOVE it - it drives better than any other car I test drove. Its spacious enough for a rear facing carseat and the trunk space is big enough for a jogging stoller, booster seat and groceries. The XC60 is big enough for our family to expand without the gas consumption of a big SUV. The sun roof is huge which my son loves. The seats are so comfortable which is crucial for my hour long commute to work.

I love this dealership! Everyone was very helpful and kind, but my car salesman/adviser, DOMINICK DIFALCO, was amazing, professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me find the car I wanted and even stayed past business hours because I had to work late. I never felt pressured to get a specific car or option and never frustrated during the whole experience of leasing my new car. It was a wonderful and extremely satisfying car shopping experience, and it is all due to Dominick. I will definitely be recommending Bridgewater Volvo to family, friends, and anyone I know and will definitely have them ask for Mr. Dominick DiFalco. When I went to pick up my car, Dominick stayed past business hours again because of my work and also to explain all the functions of the car. He was very patient and very thorough in his instructions to make sure I felt comfortable with the new car. I love my new Volvo XC60 even more because Dominick made this whole experience so enjoyable and will definitely either lease or purchase from him again. Also, Steve Dolly, the finance guy, was very funny and helpful. He made the process of the finalizing payments and signing contracts actually pleasant.

My husband bought his Volvo wagon from this dealership last fall, and had such a great experience that when my Mini Cooper quit on me and I needed a new car I immediately called them. I dealt with Dominick Difalco, at first on the phone and then in person later that day. I wasnt sure what I was looking for, and it didnt take Dominick long to help me figure it out and locate the perfect car for me. I never felt pressured, I felt as if I were being treated very fairly and given a great price without any games being played. The follow-up after purchase was stellar, with Dominick checking in and helping me to figure out my new car whenever I had a question. After our experience with Dominick, we are Volvo loyalists! I could not recommend him, or this dealership, more!

Was looking for a particular pre-owned vehicle to purchase for my daughter. Although it was located more than an hours drive away, I was confident that it would be worth the drive. The carfax was available to view on line, and the service log for the vehicle at intake was provided to me by Ed before I went in to see the vehicle. Very important to me, since often, those documents can make or break a deal without even inspecting the vehicle. Dennis was very gracious, and after our test drive, allowed us the leisure to go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, without hovering or hounding us for a decision. We purchased the vehicle that day and are happy with the value and the fine treatment we received. I will definitely return to Bridgewater Volvo in the future.

Purchased a car from here a week ago. Ended up taking the car in the next day as the navigation and voice control werent working. Service told me they needed to reprogram the software to fix the issue and would take some time. So I ended up making a appointment for them to pick up the car. When they came and dropped off a loaner the car did not have license plates. I only got to know of that when I got pulled over. I tried to call the dealership but was after hours so it forwarded me to a dealer representative. I left about 4 voicemails stating I needed a call back as the police was trying to verify that I did not steal the car and that indeed it was a loaner. No one ever called back. I

I originally chose this dealer because the new car price was the best and I liked the sales staff. Now that I have been working with the service staff for 1.5 years, I am blown away with the outstanding service. Beyond the routine maintenance, they recently helped me with some bumper damage from being rear-ended. Not only did they put all new painted parts to make the car look brand new again, but they also filed paperwork with the insurance company for me. I have worked with at least 2 people on the service staff and they both communicate well, know their stuff, and deliver on their promises. They aim to please and do it well.
