Worst experience buying a vehichle ever!!!!!!!!! They were very unprofessional. When we decided we would like to process our loan the man John was slow moving, clueless, and rude. He was eating crackers and talking on the phone while we were waiting for him to do business with us. While we were on the phone with our bank he started talking with other people and working on loans for them while completely ignoring us. After being there for two hours he informed us we would not be able to take the truck with us because he needed to see the money pending in his account which he "shockingly" did not have the information to check himself. We live 2 hours away so I asked if we put a deposit down would he allow us to leave with the truck...it wasnt until I asked this that he informed us that if we DIDNT put a deposit down he would sell the truck to anyone else who was able to pay for it, even though our loan was already filed for that particular truck and on the way to his account. So, for good reason we had no choice but to put a deposit down. Over all we were there for between 2 1/2 to 3 hours, and left without the truck. He got up and walked outside durring the process and my husband had to go get him just to see if we needed to do anything else. On Monday we called to see if the money was in his account just to find out that he hadnt finished the dealer paperwork. So we had to wait yet another day. We called again on Tuesday and "still no money in his account" after calling our bank we were informed that he sent the dealer forms after hours so the money wouldnt clear until the following day. Finally after calling, they said they money cleared and the truck was ready. We were told there were no issues with the truck and finished the loan. He didnt even move from his seat or reach out to shake our hands. He simply had us signing papers with "one of his guys" and sat there at his desk. We got the truck home and parked it, we had previous plans (that were already delayed because we had to wait another day) to go out of town so we left the truck for two days when we got back my husband found it was leaking transmission fluid, when he drove it he also discovered that it stalled out when put in reverse. After further examination we discovered it would be up to but not limited to $900 to fix the issues. I would NEVER do business here again.

Be very cautious of this seller. I bought a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Duramax Diesel on Ebay from this dealer in July 2016, The dealer had this vehicle in his possession since march 2016. He advertised the vehicle as running perfect with no issues. I sent a third party to pick the vehicle up and drive back to Virginia. The vehicle made it less that 300 mile when it filled the oil pan with diesel fuel (Dealer known issue that was not disclosed). I had to hire a wrecker service to transport the vehicle another 200 mile to my home. I contacted Broad Street Auto sales to help with a partial payment of approximately $500.00 again the $1500.00 it cost for wrecker services, Injector cost and labor to replace the injector. Broad St. Auto would not help with any expense instead they went on Ebay and filed a non payment claim against me because they knew I was going to leave negative feedback, which I did leave negative feedback but Ebay removed it (why I do not know). Any rational human knows that a dealer will not release a title and vehicle to someone out of state unless it is paid for. The $1500.00 that I spent to make the repairs was just the start. The truck had been ran so long with diesel fuel in the oil (dealer known issue) prior to me buying it that it had destroyed all the bearings, After I spent the $1500.00 for the initial problems I drove the truck less than 30 miles when the engine completely give up (Rod Knocking) and lost all compression and will not start, its actually sitting a our local Chevrolet dealership . Now its another $4600.00 for a reman engine plus installation. Please stay away from this dealer unless you live local and you can physically lay hands on the salesman and owner. Very Very Corrupt business. Please do not let them tell you that one time filling the oil pan with diesel fuel will do this damage, Do some internet research on these Duramax engines, It takes multiple times to do the damage that was done to this engine and they had possession of it long enough to know it had problems.

I called regarding a car I found online. I spoke to Joe who answered all my questions without misleading or incorrect information. He held the car for me while I drove 100 miles to see it. The car was exactly has he described it. We purchased the car without any pressure. Weve had it inspected in PA and it passed without any concerns and over a 1000 miles later its running great. I would happily do business with these folks again. As a side note: Joe was able to help me with the paperwork since I was buying this car for my son in the military. His suggestions saved me double registering it to me and then my son. It saved us quite a bit of headache.

They sold me a vehicle that was obviously in an accident, though they were evasive when I asked them. All the said was the carfax would show any reported accidents. Once all the coolant leaked out, I had a mechanic look at it. He pointed out several problems right away, and told me Broad Street Auto had to have known about them. These guys are theives.
