Adrian is the BEST! This is the second purchase Ive made with him and it wont be my last. He is diligent and determined to get you what you want no matter what issues you may face. Put it to you this way, I was told I would need $8,000 down or a co-signer when other dealers were taking a look at my options. Adrian, not only got me $0 down but he got me in the car that I thought I would drive only in my dreams. Hes makes the whole experience enjoyable, exciting, and above all comfortable! I regret the day I went to those other dealers. I have learned my lesson and the only person that will be getting any auto business from me is Adrian. Hes not a "car salesman" hes more of an advisor. Thats why doing business with him is so stress free. With Adrian its all about what he can do for you, not what you can do for him!

My my experience started well here but quickly went downhill. I spent a couple of hours time spread over 2 days working out a deal with the salesman. We reached an agreement and made an appointment to finalize the deal yet as I was on my way to the dealership for a scheduled appointment, with money in hand, that I took a day off work for, he called me to say the truck had been sold! He explained that he couldnt hold the truck without a deposit, which I was never asked for. Of course there was nothing to be done, it was a used vehicle and it was gone. If you shop here make sure you deal with a more detailed sales person and not Milton Rodriguez, although he may remember to ask for deposits now. The manager, Jose, was disappointing as well. What a horrible let down this turned out to be.

We needed a specific vehicle for work and have a complicated credit history. Other dealerships made it seem impossible to overcome our issues let alone find the vehicle we needed. Adrian was undaunted and faced the challenge head on. Not only did he seek out the exact vehicle that we needed and make the price work for our financing but he held our hand, step by step, and got the deal done despite all of our obstacles. Not only did he get us financing, he got us options!!! I will never visit another dealership again or meet with another salesperson. Adrian defies every sales stereotype and changed my opinion of "used car" salesmen forever. He is wonderful and I cannot say enough good things!

Horrible dealership.. .. sold me a truck with front end and frame issues.. then lied to keep me in the truck till I made a payment and locked myself in loan... then fired the salesman that text me saying he was told to hold me off till payment was made.... they sell bad vehicles please dont buy from any of nielson dealerships they are cowards,liars and thieves, Larry mclain at Dover dodge,liar thief and fraud, Ed mendez fraud, Jose at rt 15 coward,thief,liar fraud, kevin director of operations also ... please be warned do not buy vehicle at any of these dealerships... be warned and drive a safe care... not one of theirs...

I have been searching for a while to find a Dodge Challenger within my price range. I contacted the dealership about one they had on the lot and unfortunately my price couldnt be met. However, the next day Nick (dealer) sent me pics of one that was just traded in. It was gorgeous and the best part is they dealt with the banks and got me a great interest rate and were able to make the payments meet my requirements. The team at Dover Dodge Used Car Center is very professional and courteous. I was looking to trade in my Dodge Dakota and get a Ram 1500.
