Ive purchased a car from this business in May 2016. The contract I have with this business is that I would trade in my old car for the one I wanted to purchase, in result, they would pay off my previous car loan. Theyve ensured me that my old loan was paid off a couple days after the purchase and two almost three months later, I discovered that that indeed was a lie. My old lender is now contacting requesting and asking why I havent made my payments for my last two months, but I thought that the loan was taken care of. When I called the business they told me that theyve forgotten to send the check and theyll send it right away. At this point Im completely livid and feeling like Ive been robbed because thats not how you conduct business and as a result of them being unprofessional, theyve caused my credit to be ruined. Now to make things worse, Ive calmed down because Im believing that it was truly a mistake on their end and again I was lied to. Two weeks later, my lender is still contacting me, informing me that they still havent received a payment from the dealership. When I attempt to contact the dealership again, they begin to give me the run around "the owner isnt here, call back later...... Ill give him the message", and has he contacted me back? NO. So I made a trip up to the dealership and the owner was acting so oblivious to what was going on. Ive even made him call me lender in front of me and tell them, that he has sent the check. Two days later, my lender still hasnt received anything. Now, my credit is reflecting two late payments (which I previously had no late payments on my credit report) and out of a car and $8,800 for my loan. do not go here

I dont typically leave comments or reviews about stuff that bought and businesses i have dealt with regardless of the experience (good or bad). But this time im making an exception. I will not even refer this place to my worst enemy. This place and its employees are the epitome of how not to run a car dealership. Name the racket and they did it to me and my wife when we went to there store few days ago: bait and switch, yes (the car i was looking for and called if its still for sale 15 mins before we came in turned out to exist only on the web and not in reality. Then they tried hard pushing a car we didnt like). Untrue online price, yes (actual price will always be 3-4 thousand than what is advertised). Fake advertisement, yes (they said they offer warranty to all the cars they sell which is untrue since every single vehicle that we looked into all are being sold as-is. Pushy salesman, yes. Arrogant floor manager, yes. Think of a shady business move they did it to me and my wife. This and its people are the worst ive seen they give the name of a used-car salesman a badder name. Avoid this people for your sake and run while doing so.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Drove down from Westchester for a deal that seemed too good to be true, car listed for what was shown on the website as 2,500 below market value. Sales manager says no the price listed online is after the down payment. Double checked the ad while standing there, doesnt state that anywhere at all. Tried to negotiate, and he wouldnt come down to the price that he had listed online at Car Gurus. Do not waste your time or money with these shady dealers. The person who showed us the car was very courteous and helpful, but the sales manager was a snake. The other reviews you will find online will reflect similar situations I am sure, and if not, they are likely fabricated.

We went there to look at one car but didnt like the car. So we looked at other cars on the lot. Liked a Pacifica they said the cash price is $6000, then we told the sales guy we want to finance and the price went up by 1K. Then the sale guys tells us he will lower it back down to $6,000 is we pay him $100 cash. Then their finance guy tells use our interest rate will be 22% when I have good credit, I should have a 4% interest rate. We couldnt finished everything the same day and that night looked the price up on their website and its $4995. Taking my business elsewhere.

Im writing this review out of concern for others not to be duped by these guys. My boyfriend and I were interested ina vehicle and gave our credit card to hold a vehicle until they got it. Well they never got the vehicle and charged his credit card $2000 anyway. We asked for the money back since they never got the vehicle and told us they would give the money back. It has been over two weeks and still no refund. Be very careful of these ripoffs. Still waiting for our money.

EXCELLENT service.No high pressure sales pitch. Just have a general sense of what your looking for and how much you would like to spend, and let them do the rest. At no time did we feel overwhelmed with choices. The sales manager took his time and walked us through our choices. All the staff we encountered were very welcoming and professional. At no time did we feel ignored. EVERYTHING was done for us, all under one roof! Cant say enough about our experience. ENJOY your purchase!

Pretty shady place. I went there to look at a car listed on Craigslist for $15k. I called them on the phone and they confirmed they were asking $15k. When I got there, the sales guy said "oh yeah, you didnt read the fine print on the add that said there is an extra $3k charge for....".

Thats right when you call they will confirm the price as posted online. But here is the catch; you have to add $3K for each vehicle you see on their site. I dont know what kind of strategy that is but I am taking my business elsewhere...

Placed a deposit on a vehicle there. Cancelled hours later. They said they would refund the deposit. It has been 2 weeks with no refund or response. I hope I do not lose $500 because I made the mistake of dealing with these people.

The service is garbage, the employs are so pathetic and useless, they try to push financing and after you sign for a car there are a tone of hidden fees. I wouldnt ever go back there, avoid at all times.
