DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. I dont even know where to begin with the list of problems that I had here. First I went in to look at a specific car I saw on their web page. They told me that one had sold already, but conveniently had an identical one to it, for $1200 MORE! Then their sales guy gave me the whole shpeal... "Well fix it up like new, you wont have to worry about anything, well do it all, like brand new" obviously they dont know the definition of the word NEW. When I picked up my car 2 weeks later (plenty of time to fix all the problems) it hadnt even been cleaned like they said it would be it was filthy inside. I drove the car for about 20 minutes and noticed that the dash board lights didnt work, I immediately brought the car back but it was Saturday and they "dont do repairs on the weekend" so I had to take time off of work to come in on the weekday since they only open at 10am. Then it took them 4 days to fix the car. I bought this car the week before my birthday and had plans to use it for my bday, that didnt happen. When I finally got my car back, I hardly drove it for a week other then to switch sides of the road for parking and a couple quick trips to the market. Then I was out in Brooklyn running some errands and the car broke down on me. Again it was Sunday, so when I called them for help they said they couldnt send anyone to help me I had to get it there myself and no one was there to fix it anyway. Thankfully I had family nearby who were able to give me a jump and get my car in a parking spot. Then I had to take ANOTHER day off work, this time I brought the car to my trusted mechanic and he told me a plethora of problems with the car the first being that they put a battery in the car that is too small and not made for the car at all, this was causing a bunch of other electrical problems. Then there were the torn and improperly attached vacuum hoses that were also causing engine issues and making the car jump at the start and use up gas. These two problems were obviously caused by them and their incapable workers who totally messed up this car. When I went back to them and told them all this you know what their answer was.... SUE ME!! They refused to talk to me or give me the time of day, they just kept saying sue us then, take us to court. I started calling them scam artists and told every person that walked into that place not to buy a car there. To no surprise all the people that came in that day were not there to buy but to bring back their shotty cars that were also falling apart. They all had the same issues. DONT TRUST ANYTHING THAT JIMMY OR ANY OF THE OTHER GUYS SAY THERE. THEY ARE ALL LIAR, SCAM ARTISTS, AND JERKS! THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU SHOULD BE SO LUCKY TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE. OBVIOUSLY ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE AS USUAL. If anyone else would like to file a class action lawsuit against them so maybe they will finally be shut down, join me. I actually managed to talk to their "lawyer" who works in the finance office up stairs. He gave me the same BS answers Jimmy did, and then CALLED THE COPS ON ME because he said I was trespassing. I cant even describe how terrible this place is DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Bought a 2002 PT Cruiser from them in 2009. The listed price was $5000, and it looked worth it. First problem...they tried to add on $795 auction fee, as they also hold auction once a week. BUT I OFFERED THEIR FULL LISTED PRICE! I refused to pay this auction fee, and they backed down. Second problem.. The car was crowded into lot and impossible to get out without moving many cars, but was able to start.it. Engine sounded good and switched gears smoothly, but again, unable to drive. Decided to take it. Manager wants certified bank check and car will be ready in three days. I also let them do inspection for my convenience (I got the sticker, but I doubt they really did inspection) Third Problem... Came to pay for car with Bank Check made out to me. Planned to sign it over to Dealer. He refused this check, wants it made out to him (First Person) I guess he never saw that kind of bank transaction in Russia. Okay, finally got new check and ready to complete this sale. Car is in front of lot...ready to go. Just before I hand over check my cautious side wakes up. I told dealer I wanted a test drive before I give him the check. I dont even want to drive...one of his workers can drive, but I want to be in the car when he does. FOURTH PROBLEM>>> A BIG ONE. Within one mile of driving we experience TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. One by one, the gears go kaput. We just barely were able to coast back into the garage which is connected to the lot. Dealer said I would be charged for half of repair charge (his figures) but I reminded him that I was still holding the check and had not signed final bill of sale yet. (but he did have my $500.deposit) He ended up repairing at his expense, but it took him about two weeks and repair lasted only 4000 miles before it needed another transmission job (at a reputable place)

Bad, bad bad bad, definitely do not buy here, buy a vehicle and did not pass inspection 1 day of using it and turned on 3 lights take it to be checked 5 times and do not do anything, I had to drop it on a street by That I could not drive it anymore, and the lousy service terrible when you ask to speak with the manager never told me and after a couple of days I did not answer the phone anymore, please do not buy here is bad. Malo, malo malo malísimo, definitivamente no compren aquí, compre un vehículo y no pasó inspección 1 día de usarlo y se encendieron 3 luces lo lleve a que lo revisaran 5 veces y no le hacen nada, lo tuve que dejar botado en una calle por que no pude conducirlo más, y el servicio pésimo malísimo cuando pedís hablar con el manager nunca me lo comunicaron y después de un par de días no me respondieron más el telefono, porfavor no compren aquí es malísimo.

This is to answer Mr. John Williams Review. Mr. Williams you are lying. Your mother came in with your father to the dealership and selected a vehicle and put a partial down payment on the selected vehicle and preceded to sit with me and arrange to obtain financing for it.All aspects of the loan were explained in detail to both your parent. They accepted all terms and conditions buy your mother signing and initialing each and every document pertaining to the loan. They also took delivery of the vehicle, parked it out side of the dealership and took the keys with them because and I quote your mother "She didnt want to drive that late "and they would pick the vehicle up the next morning. You sir did not like the vehicle they selected and started a barrage of lies. You tried to imply that your mom a city dept. of education employee dealing with children was mentally incapable of entering into legal contract. The dealer manager and dealer principal gave your parents obtains witch you persuaded them to decline. Please dont hide behind the internet to slander this dealership because you didnt agree with the deal that your parents made.
