My husband and I have been looking for a car for about a month to replace a car that was totaled in an accident. We went to the Egg Harbor Township (EHT) Autolenders several times and the Voorhees location once. We met Tom Hernon on our first trip to EHT. We had never experienced this type of business and was pleasantly surprised when Tom explained about the attempt by him not to pressure us, but to help assist in finding a car that would suit our needs. Tom was very patient with us as we tried a Toyota, Honda, Jeep Liberty, Nissan Maxima and settled on a Lincoln MRS. I utilized the web site and was happy when I found a Lincoln I liked, but unfortunately it was not at the local dealer. Tom quickly called and had the cars transferred to the local dealer and we had an appointment for last night. I enjoyed that my husband and I were permitted to test drive alone and really get to know the car before we purchased. We decided quickly that the Lincoln was the car we wanted. Quickly we were able to fill out the paperwork and get the car "legal" in less then an hour thanks to the excellent help from Craig Johnson who is the Business Manager. Craig has been with Autolenders for more then 10 years and quickly, but thoroughly explained all of the paperwork involved with buying a car. Craig was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the purchase including financing, insurance, and warranties to name a few. We were able to drive the car home last night feeling confident that we got a safe car, in excellent shape, with a wonderful 5 year warranty if needed at a very reasonable price. I will recommend all my family and friends to buy at Autolenders. A very professional company with friendly and knowledgeable salesmen and business associates.

The perfect car purchase experience. Salesman - Mike Hodgins was great. Extremely accomodating...listened to our needs/thing that were important to us and delivered on each of them. I had already done my research on price, what I was looking for, etc. Their starting price...was the price it would take me 3 trips to the "managers office" in other dealers to get to. Then he also continued to go above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted and needed. I was also greeted by one of the sales managers, Brett...who went out of his way to make sure everything was going well. No hassle...no haggle...(i know its a cliche and all car dealers advertise this, etc..), BUT, here it is the truth. I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey with 27000 miles...and it looks, feels and even smells BRAND NEW. While I was there, I had my wife and 11-day old daughter with us....I spared the guys in sales and left the other 2 monsters at home. Long story short...I would HIGHLY suggest and recommend Autolenders of Egg Harbor Township...I assure you that you will not be let down. If youve done your research with price, youll see their price is right. An almost IDENTICAL van (model, mileage, options/etc), came in at almost $4,000 more...and that was his "final offer", that he couldnt guarantee past this weekend.

Obviously, they want to sell you a car. Its what they do. But what set my experience at Auto Lenders apart was the unabashed honesty my salesman delivered from step one. This guy Chris never made me feel like I was being fed a line, being forced to compromise on what I wanted because it helped his bottom line, or that he had any interest in me going home in a car that I wasnt 100% satisfied with. Like I said before, he clearly wanted me to buy a car, and while I could always tell that he was disappointed when we tried out a car that wasnt quite right, it was his honesty that kept me coming back. Sure, it was clear that he would have been happy to see me drive away in the 2nd or 3rd car I test drove, but as soon as I said it wasnt the car for me he dropped it just like that. He didnt try to convince me that something that didnt feel quite right was really the car for me, and I cant stress enough how big a deal that is when buying a car. Chris and Auto Lenders took away all that extra anxiety that tends to come with car shopping because of how upfront, honest, and friendly he and everyone else there was. I havent bought many cars in my life, but this was far and away the best experience Ive ever had doing so, and by a very wide margin.

Autolenders made the car buying experience a breeze. Mike my salesman walked me through the process in about 2 hours - from walking in the door to driving the car home. - looked up car online and contacted autolenders through their website. - they called next morning as i had requested and touched base with Mike Sabatine. - the car i saw on the site was there ( how many times do you go see an advertised car and its not there!) - Mike walked me through the operation of the car - Nissan Prius - then let me take it for a test drive. - came back and discussed financing and warranty terms. the actual price was price competitive with any dealer from EHT to Philly. - we drew up the contract - got the car at a great price with a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty - also gap insurance on the loan. Over the top - they followed me to my mechanics shop so i could drop off the car i came in and drove me back to the dealership to pick up the car i had just bought. The gas tank was also filled - it had been on about a quarter tank on the test drive but this is one of the first times that i have driven a car off the lot with a full tank... nice touch! Great work guys... i will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have been needing a car for months now, and it wasnt until recently that I set my budget and finally decided to take a look at some used cars in my price range. I inquired about a car from Autolenders and I IMMEDIATELY was contacted by a representative who then forwarded me to Mike Hodgins. As a college student with two part-time jobs I didnt think I had much room to bounce around, but Mike picked out some quality cars for me to choose from. There was absolutely no hassle and no bargaining on his end to make the deal go up. He accepted what I had to work with and patiently went back and forth trying to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. All of my friends and family had warned me about car dealers and to prepare myself and put up a tough front so they didnt get the best of me, but Mike was extraordinarily friendly and courteous and when I explained my budget he understood and that was that. In the end I "drove" away in a beautiful car that I absolutely adore, it is comfortable and safe and it is perfect for me. Mike helped me beyond my needs and I would highly recommend him, and Autolenders, to anyone looking to purchase a car.

In 2005, I purchased my first car at Auto Lenders -- a 2003 Nissan Altima. This past summer, when the time came to purchase a second car, I headed straight to Auto Lenders in Egg Harbor Township. Unlike at most car dealerships, the salespeople here are friendly and allow you to shop without feeling pressured to buy something. They have a diverse selection of cars that are in great condition -- all of their cars have only had one prior owner, so you dont run the risk of buying a lemon. I also appreciated that they dont haggle over prices. What you see is what you get, so there are no worries about salespeople playing games with numbers. The manager, Lou DeServio, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He even arranged to have the cars internal bluetooth system up and offered advice about how I could transfer my Sirius subscription to the cars XM-ready radio. Buying a car is a big decision, but the folks at Auto Lenders make the process simple -- and even enjoyable! I couldnt imagine buying a car anywhere else and would highly recommend Auto Lenders, especially the Egg Harbor location, to anyone who is in the market for some wheels.
