Nice guys, but kind of a sleazy looking place. Theyll try to rip you off also. I had a vehicle that was worth 11k+ trade in blue book. Was hoping to trade it in for a vehicle worth 10k blue book in excellent condition (and it was not even close to excellent). They wanted to charge me another 5k after my trade in. They had the vehicle listed for $13k and wanted to give me 8k for my trade in. They wouldnt budge, so I walked out. They have something they call "ap certified" which is really just a ruse to trick you into buying with them. Every vehicle I looked at was overpriced by $3-5k, and not a single one was close to excellent shape. One truck I looked at had three different brands of tires on it, and all of them had almost no tread left. I would recommend skipping this place. They will not negotiate on theyre ridiculously overpriced poorly maintained vehicles

If I could give no stars I would. I bought my chevy equinox Friday September 30th, had it in the shop that next week for a noise coming underneath when I pushed on my brakes. Had my car there 9 times and they still couldnt figure out what was wrong. I wanted out of my car but apparently they needed a large down payment to trade me out of my car. But what I dont understand is if you are having problems with the car ever since you bought you would think they would help you get out of it. So I am now in the process of used car lemon law with the manufacturer. I will never be returning to this dealership again and advise everyone to stay away.

Amazing customer service. I came in to get the tires checked on my car and to attempt to get my wife her own car. She fell in love with a white Nissan Altima. After a brief moment of discussion we started negotiating, its amazing how nice some people can be. They helped me get the perfect car for a great price. Never argued over anything (including my low credit). All in all its a great family environment, you know the staff wants to be there to help each other. And its all brought together by owner Charles Cain. I would 100% recommend this dealership. Five stars everytime.

I went to the one in eht the people that work there are nice and they do give u the best price that they can but the car they sold me was a piece of junk.. they told me everything on the car was new new tires new brakes 2 months after I was hearin a loud noise when I stoped at lights took it to sears they told me my tires were worn down to the wires and I need brakes and a alinement. Got that done 3 months later I find out the hand brake is wore down. So I will never go there again I will be goin a cross the street to autolenders for my next car

I recently purchased a Chevy Yukon from Auto Plaza which is the fourth vehicle We have purchased from them. Since the purchase of the first Chevy my Son drives Ive seen them grow to three locations which tells me they are doing something right, bad dealerships die rather expand. For this purchase orginally they did not have what i wanted in stock but within a few days found this Yukon which is exactly what I needed for comfort and off road use. We also have all our vehicles serviced there as they have earned our trust.

People were not the greatest. My mom bought a Dodge ram a while back and truck fell completely apart in less than 4 months and had low miles. Went back to get fixed and refused to fix any of it and were going to charge if anything was going to get done. Tried to have them buy it back and would not do it. Worst place to buy a vehicle ever. Terrible people, they are scams, and dont ever buy a vehicle there. Ended up trading it in somewhere else and got something else that is way better and hasnt ever broken down on me.

Went to inspect my car for insurance purpose. I called a head before I went there she told me come anytime before 4 pm went there and nobody was there.. Black guy at desk lied to me AND TOLD that the girl who inspect the car is not there and they only do inspection for there customer only which is lie. Carco pays them to inspect the car.. BS PLACE..

I did not get a good deal. The car was overpriced. Have a little buyers remorse when I realized that I could have gotten the same car with 10,000 less miles and 2 years newer for the same price. Overall the people are nice but I do not think I will be returning. Hope to save others from dreaded buyers remorse....

Coming here for the I think past 20 yrs, I never had a bad experience with service or buying a car. Thats why we are coming back here. Holly, the service manager is the best...also, everyone from Charlie on down, cant beat their personalized service...-:)

Got my car from auto Plaza less than 3yrs ago and part way into my first year the car was giving me problems. To make a long story short, I have had to take my car back to them a total 8 times for the same problem.
