My husband who has spent a small fortune previously in this store entered two days before Christmas looking for a high end gift. He asked if there were any tree ornaments. The man behind the counter stated they only had Waterford and perhaps my husband would be better off at Lowes. Wow! I called to inquire about the poor level of service and discovered the man behind the counter was the owner! He called me and was defensive to the point of combative. I quickly realized there would not be a good outcome and thanked him for his time and ended the call. We will never shop at this retailer again. Too bad as we try to shop with local retailers. Very bad experience.
