Horrible. It was impressive from the standpoint that if a restaurant were to try to be this terrible I doubt they could equal this disaster. First, it took 1 hour 20 minutes to seat us when larger parties who arrived after us were seated. The hosting staff were rude. The wait staff was darn right cruel. Half the employees were standing around aimlessly, while the others were rushing so much that they dropped and broke dishes twice while we were there. Once we were finally seated it took 15 minutes for our server to come to our table. When we told her we were ready to order our meal and not just drinks and appetizers she sighed audibly and actually rolled her eyes! We had 9 people at our table (one had to leave because the wait was so long). The server brought out half the tables orders and 15 minutes went by before the other half came out. Two of the children at our table had meals while two did not. That was fun. I ordered a pork chop that was broiled so long and sat out, presumably, for so long that it was ice cold and I really needed a chainsaw to cut it. It was inedible. Half my mashed potatoes were slopped of the plate and the turnip greens looked like they were scraped from the side of the pot. They were also inedible. Needless to say there were no drink refills or pleasantries of any sort from our server. When checking out (standing in yet another line to do that was fun) the lady taking my ticket asked if the meal was ok. When I said no she ripped up the ticket and said I guess you want to talk to a manager then. That was horribly embarrassing and Im certain done entirely by design because I said no, no, please charge me. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

My familys Saturday routine (used to) always start here. The food is always amazing, the wait was never unbearable, and the service overall was really good. HOWEVER the last 2-3 times we came, we were served by waitresses with cuts/sores on their hands, wrists and forearms. Talk about disgusting! The last time, we politely asked the host if we could be moved to another table since we did not like the location of the table (so as not to embarrass or draw attention to the waitresses). We then requested that she have the manager stop by our table at their convenience. We never saw the manager, but our food and service by the new server was so great, I totally forgot before we left. We have since began going to another location so as not to have to experience this again. As a former server and now nurse, to have wait staff serving food/drinks with bloody sores, scabs, cuts, abrasions, rashes, etc is unacceptable and repulsive. I would advise management to begin doing uniform checks, including appearance of hands, prior to shifts and provide gloves if necessary or pull them from the floor.

*Friendly staff, good food, and home-town cooking always at a reasonable price!. :) There is a Cracker Barrel in every city I believe, or should be. If youve never visited, make it a priority at least once in your life. They each offer a southern home cooking atmosphere, different decorations along the wall, and of course the old country store where you can purchase candy, clothes, toys, etc. Hot buttermilk biscuits and cornbread are always offered while you wait. Take advantage and smother the biscuits in hot maple syrup or your favorite jam *mmmmmm.* Though this was my first time visiting this particular location, they did not disappoint.

The service is slow, our waiter took over 10 minutes just to come take our order for drinks. After placing our order, it took 15 minutes for someone else to say they didnt have what I ordered. Simply put, the service is extremely slow and the staff here does not care at all about the experience their guests are having. They also forgot to serve the "fresh" coffee they were brewing for us. And the second time we ordered food, the order was incorrect, and when we got the bill, we were charged for both the food that wasnt available and the food that came. Horrible experience.

My husband and I went to CB for breakfast. The one positive was our friendly server. She was nice, fast, and attentive. The food, however, sucked. My the so called "sampler" of meat was dry and almost tasteless. The sausage looked and tasted like a hockey puck. Our glasses and silverware had food encrusted on them. My husband enjoyed his pancakes and bacon. Oddly, our bill totaled $23. We didnt realize, until after we paid, that we had been billed for the adjacent tables steak breakast. Not a great experience. Ive been to better CBs. It wasnt even crowded.

Not likely to return. We were there about noon. They were not very busy. It took about 8 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge us. When she finally seated us, it was the table right in front of the kitchen door. It wasnt like we were seated at an out of the way table. At least 8 servers walked by us several times. No one even took our drink order. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we got up and walked out. Not our first bad experience at this location. Management and staff need additional training. Also there were several dirty tables. Wont go back!

Friendly, fast service and good food quality. The great home-style cooking you expect at Cracker Barrel. We dont have them where I currently live, so it was nice to eat there again while traveling. Parking was easy, but you cant see the restaurant from the main road, only the sign is on the main hwy. If you are seeking the entry, drive toward Comfort Suites, they share a driveway. Google Maps/Nav thinks a road directly into Cracker Barrel exists, but it does not! Follow the signs, not Google for this one.

After waiting 20 minutes or so for my pancake breakfast the waitress finally informed me they experienced a system shut down and she apologized for the inconvience . I am a very patient person I never complain or make a scene. I walked out without saying a word I was just that upset. I will never patronage this location ever again. My rating is -0. Stars. What a waste of time.

Wouldnt step foot near this place for years because of their racist reputation. Finally started going at my wifes insistence. No complaints until today. The server brought me the wrong order and the food was cold. She was slow about bringing out my correct order and I didnt get a straw for my sons drink until we were leaving. From another server! Terrible experience today.

Worse ever! I tried it twice just in case it was a bad day. Sat down no one came to our table until I went got the manager who served us. Tried calling for retail store and the employees was incredibly rude. I eat ONLY at cracker barrel while on the road. and twice a week while at home. This one is really a terrible place to visit.

I love Cracker Barrel; however, this was definitely the worse location Ive visited. The service was terrible. We waited almost an hour for our food. During that wait, the server never stopped by to check on us or at least let us know the status of our order. I will still continue to visit Cracker Barrel, just not this location.
