I ordered a Christmas ornament from Story Book Kids on Ebay. The ornament arrived quickly, but unfortunately it was the wrong one. I contacted SBK to let them know about the problem, and I received a prompt reply. They shipped me the correct ornament right away and did not ask me to return the other one. They have excellent customer service, but because of the mix up I did not get my desired ornament until the day after Christmas. Still, I would have given them 4 stars if it werent for the fact that they emailed me not once, but twice, to ask that I give them a review. Theres such a thing as "pestering". All in all, they were nice and easy to deal with.

I ordered a hard to find ornament to replace an ornament that accidently got broken this Christmas. SBK had the same ornament listed on eBay. The transaction was smooth and the ornament was shipped super fast. The ornament was very delicate and was packed very well to ensure the ornament would not be damaged during shipment. Great experience.
