Ive had a nightmare of an experience with a 2005 mustang that I purchased from Summit Motors. First off, they sold me a car that was completely unfit to pass emissions. I spent over 600 dollars and 3 hellish months of failed inspections until my vehicle was finally cleared for emissions. Next, they sold me the mustang without a wheel lock replacement key and conveniently failed to tell me. Finally, I had to spend another 1200 dollars when my rear differential nearly fell completely off of my car. The custom mustang shop was furious that a dealer could sell something like that to an owner. For my own part, I recognize that I should have put more inspection into the car before I purchased it. However, I didnt expect such a plethora of problems from a ford mustang with only 45k miles. When I called about the emissions and explained the problems I went through to finally pass, the financial manager for the company said "Well Im glad to hear you passed emissions. Ill finalize your tags right away" He completely dodged the confrontation. That right there is how they handle everything. Also, I swore that I went with a powertrain warranty. When I wanted to discuss it, he said he was too busy to discuss it and that hed call back the next day. The company never called me back. Once again, some fault lies on me for not closely inspecting the contract before purchasing the car... but again, their unwillingess to help me is indicative of the way they run their dealership. A parting note... do not buy the small-town honesty schtick that they will play on you. I grew up for 20 years in a small town, and their business does not follow the model that they claim. Unless you are a car expert, purchase a vehicle from Summit at your own risk.

We were looking for a particular truck and found one through Summit Motors. We spoke with Dana over the phone and asked her a million questions and she was so patient with us. The truck hadnt been fully listed on the website as it wasnt ready to be sold just yet. She sent me pictures of the truck via text before it had a chance to be detailed. That truck was filthy! She pushed it to the top of the pile so we could make the three hour drive up there to buy it. When we arrived she greeted us and was such a joy to work with. I was so impressed by the detailing staff, if it hadnt of been for her before pictures I would have never known that truck was that rough prior. The truck is impressively clean! All of the staff there are great. We took along our two little ones and the staff entertained them and played with them while we did our paperwork. We were in and out under two hours. We love the truck and we have already told a dozen people about them and there amazing customer service. Although we will not be needing another vehicle anytime soon, we will return to them when it is time! Thank you to Dana, Billy, Ben, Stan and the rest of the crew at Summit Motors.

I was working on trying to buy a truck from Billy and Gabe for 2 weeks, we couldnt agree on a trade in value on my truck, I got the money up a couple days later and he told me he would hold the truck until I could come look at it. the day before I was suppose to come up, me and my father made plans to be off work and drive 300 miles to look at the truck, they sold it out from under me. the other dealers and finance manager had no idea that Billy, the owner of the dealership sold the truck out from under me. the other worse part is he never call and told me he sold the truck. I would have never known the truck was gone if I hadnt called the evening before, and the finance manager told me the truck was gone and it was full of scratches which they never told me in the first place. do yourself a favor, stay away from summit motors and country Chevrolet, deceitful, two face, crook buzzards is what they are. dont walk away from them, run !!!!!!!

My wife and I were looking for a truck with the capability to tow her car across country while I work as a traveling nurse. I called a week in advance of when we were planning on stopping by the dealership and Dana picked up the phone. Dana kept in contact with me the whole week prior to our visit, keeping me updated with their inventory and assessing what they had that could fit our needs. I was pleasantly surprised at what they offered me for my trade in and found that their prices were right on the money.

I have nothing but good things to say, they are an awesome dealership, everyone there knows about the cars, and they are very up front with you about any problems with the cars. I hope that anyone that bashes this dealership knows that they do continue to help you after your warranty runs out, they saved me over $3000 on repairs.John and Andy are the best people there and Dale definitley knew the right words to say when it comes to trade in your car. STAY AWAY - I bought a truck a month ago from this place, so far it has needed the clutch replaced, front and rear rotors, injectors, ball joints, etc. Around $10k in issues. Ive had 2 separate shops look at the truck confirming these issues. When the truck got to their shop, they are denying that it has any of these issues and their reasoning is "Its a diesel". Will NOT be buying from this company or suggesting it to anyone.

Great people to deal with at Summit Motors. They have so high end vehicles I would have loved to purchase but we got exactly what we needed. In order to stay in business you have to treat your customers right. Billy and his staff did just that. Thanks for the time put in to send pictures even when you have a bunch taken with each car you sell. Look forward to doing business with you again but not anytime soon LOL

Dana Dana Dana! I pulled into the lot and was greeted by Dana. I forgot I was buying a used car as we casually walked and talked. They are indeed the lowest priced vehicle seller. She made the entire process so easy and simple. I traded in my 2008 Honda civic coupe for a 2008 jinda crv. I got an awesome Apr % and the best part a great deal.

I think Summit is great. The staff there is wonderful, and with Country Chevrolet as their parent company - all good things. The selection has gotten better and their prices are right. Website is easy to pre-shop with and the sales and finance staff at the location are very cool. Would recommend.
