I am very happy with my initial Interactions with this location. I had a major car accident in front on their building Monday. My vehicle was totaled. The representative Dave Amico said he would do business with me. I have only financed one vehicle before. This will be my second time. I was going into the meeting with an impression that Dave was going to throw me sales pitches. At first it appeared that it was going to be a standard salesman meeting. It was not until during the test driving that I was sorely mistaken with my previous assumptions. I test drove a vehicle and it did not fit my needs. That is okay as to be expected. We walked the parking lot and could not find another vehicle. I wanted to get the Chrysler 200. The ones I tested turned me off because of a few "issues". I use that term lightly as the issues are personal and reflect my needs. David was about to let me walk when all of a sudden he decided to have an idea to check sister location. Once we were on the computer, this is when I realized that he was not throwing a sales pitch. The first vehicle he selected fit my budget and needs. I made a great connection with him and his colleagues. I will continue my business with him only and at this location for future purchases. I am extremely happy with his determination and dedication to help me with my needs.

The people at Enterprise Car Sales are unbelievably incredible. When a deer totaled my 2012 Ford Focus hatchback I needed a car as quickly and as hassle-free as possible. I stumbled upon Enterprise Car Sales through the rental side of their business and within a few days I had my appointment to meet with Tammy. I told her what I wanted (or thought I wanted) and she matched me up with a 2013 Nissan Rogue. I drove the Rogue for a few days and realized that I just wasnt in love with it, it was too much of a jump from my previous hatchback and it wasnt getting the MPG that I was expecting. When I told them about this problem it was at the end of my 7 day return period and I was out of town. Even though I came back after the 7 day return AND wanted a transfer from a different Enterprise location they were extremely kind, understanding, and flexible. I love my 2015 Kia Soul that I got from them. I met a lot of their team in the short time that I worked with them and each one was just as friendly and professional as the last. No sleezy car salesmanship here unlike my last experience. Buy from these guys if you want a good, professional, helpful, honest, and positive experience.

Ive bought and sold many cars over the years. By far this car sales experience with Enterprise was top notch!!! I really didnt want to part with my 2009 Dodge Challenger. But it was time to make a change. Everyone at the New York, Henrietta Enterprise Car Sales made this experience and the transition that I knew I had to make very pleasant. Truly the "team" there pulls together, works with each other to give the customer up front, no gimmicks, best options for that customer to make an informed decision. Tammy, an up and coming super star sales consultant, clearly works for the customers best interest and has the support a true team can provide. Thank you Tammy "my bestie" (sales consultant), Matt, Kevin, Brian(management) and the other 6+ sales consultants for providing me and the community with a service that is often overlooked and unappreciated. I had recently been in an extremely bad car wreck due to someone blacking out at the steering wheel and t-boning me and my children while sitting at a stop sign. I unfortunately did not have good credit nor any money to put down because of a divorce I went through and everyone was turning me down everywhere I went. I worked with Dave Amico and him and everyone else he works with helped me out immensely, and didnt make me feel like a burden. I even had to bring my two year old with me at one point and they helped to keep her entertained with playing and coloring with her so I would be able to do what I had to do. After they got a bunch of nos they managed to get me a last minute yes and I actually got a car I really love and not just some piece of junk I would be stuck with. Best experience hands down with any type of sales interaction Ive ever had

I just bought my second vehicle from enterprise. I swear each time gets better and better. Anthony my salesman is AWESOME!!!!! I actually came to the dealership a few times before I decided to purchase my vehicle. I was looking for the perfect vehicle. When I didnt find exactly what I was looking for he directed me to the website and I found my vehicle in amherst. I called him and he had my vehicle on the lot the very next day. every single salesperson I encountered was very nice and made me feel at home. Thanks so much I would recommend them to EVERYONE. Enterprise is a family affair because my mom purchases cars from them as well. She actually directed me there to purchase my first car. Did I mention that she has purchased 2 cars from them as well. Great Job enterprise I am over the moon about my car.

My salesman and the entire staff here were amazing and so helpful (S/o to Jonothan, Kevin and Janelle!) The only thing Im upset about is wasting my time at other dealerships. I had a great car buying experience from beginning to end. They were so patient with me and I cant thank them enough..I LOVE my new car. Im getting so many compliments and I tell everyone who asks about where I went, to go see the staff at Enterprise. The response is usually "Enterprise, like the car rental company? They sell cars?" LOL I tell them "yes they do and theyre amazing so go check them out!" Again, Thank you all so, so much! :)

My husband and I bought a car and financing fell through after we paid our 2200 dollar deposit. We returned the car and were told by Kevin the manager that our refund would be issued that week and that was the first week of May. Every attempt to call Kevin has been dodged by him. I called the corporate office and Kevin left me a voice mail claiming he doesnt know why it is taking so long. Not to mention I had to replace the battery in the car while I had it and have not been paid back for that either. I filed a consumer fraud report with The DA. These people are thieves!!

My experience at Enterprise was one of great satisfaction.. My salesperson was Royce Bleier. He was extremely knowledgeable. He made the car buying experience fun. He was always available to answer any questions we had. As a matter of fact, this is my second vehicle from Enterprise. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Royce. If I know of any friends or family that are in the market to buy, I would gladly send them to work with Royce. THANKS. I am loving my new van! Margaret J. Doyle
