junk. worst car Ive ever owned. I test drove it and knew there were some issues and went against my gut and bought the POS anyway. Between leaving the office and trying to put gas in it(whole other nightmare), and taking the thing home (this being a lot further than just a test drive) I realized just how much of a POS this thing was. I called them when I got home and told them I wanted to return it. I was told no and was called a MotherF*cker BY THE OWNER of the business. I then found the exact truck advertised on their website that very night (before they had a chance to remove it) with a price tag of over 2K less than what they charged me. I inquired and was told this was the "cash" price and I paid more to finance it. My obvious question was "isnt that was the APR is for?" and was told no and that the finance company does this, not them. Now really feeling like ive been duped...I called the finance company and they laughed and said no, they have nothing to do with the price, only the financing and also said that the dealer can cancel the contract because it was just signed and not on the books yet. I called Ten Point back and confronted them with this info...again i was cussed out, called a Motherf*cker once again and told not to call back. Had I been able to afford an attorney. I wouldve sued. Now lets move on to the warranty. I was told bumper to bumper, Ive had this POS to a dealer TWICE to fix issues and the wonderful warranty that I paid for has not paid for a single thing. Biggest POS I have ever owned...worst experience with a car dealer. This clown is a crook and a liar. I only hope that Im around to witness karma kick him in the ass. STAY AWAY PEOPLE.....STAY FAR AWAY!!!

The gentlemen greeted me as soon as I walked onto the lot. They treated me wth respect. They noticed I was in need of a vehicle and took my needs into consideration when looking for a vehicle. They worked out the finances with me and found me a very suitable vehicle. The whole process was painless and they made it possible for me to leave the lot with my vehicle. It had been 10 years since buying a vehicle, my vehicle was totaled due to a deer hitting me, and really made me feel comfortable leaving the lot. The vehicle is in good shape and I didnt feel like they treated me like a "sucker". If anyone needs a reliable vehicle from a group of gentlemen that will not give you the " sales gimmicks", toy have nothing to lose by visiting these wonderful guys at Ten Point Preowned Auto Sales. I will certainly buy from them again. They worked the finances out when others would not. So very happy about my decision. Thank you so much!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Was looking for safe and reliable car for my 16 yr old daughter. The vehicle I was interested in had flat tire so I couldnt test drive. Salesman kept calling wanting me to come back and telling me how great the car was. I was going to have friend test drive it and once I told him that then the line about how great vehicle is changed to "you know there can be things wrong and we dont know it". As soon as my friend left parking lot he knew transmission was bad. Salesman knew it cause he never called back. He was going to sell me that car with bad transmission. Since then have heard how he has ripped off other people. Nothing but lies lies lies

I knew that I was buying a used vehicle, but I at least thought it would be decent. My gas gauge doesnt work. It has left me and my family stranded a few times. The promised to fix it yet never have. My belts squealed, had to replace them myself. The frame is bent, found that out while trying to get an alignment. It pulls hard to the left. I also have a hard time getting the hood up. Probably due to the bent frame. My tires are too small for the vehicle. It is supposed to have P255s but has P225s. And my spare tire is way too big... I am very unhappy

good customer service AT FIRST, but when I had questions regarding the cars condition they could not help. they told me the guy who works on their cars wasnt in , but gave me a date he would be able to look at my car. I came that day, he wasnt there, then they told me to go to a shop that they are assoiciated with. They refused to help with any of the pre-existing problems. I only had the car 3 weeks and wanted to take it back. will never buy a car from them again.

This is the best place to get a ride.. I will always go here over anywhere else..We have gotten 2 really good and reliable vehicles from them.. Scott is a wonderful person ask for him if you go here.. He did our brakes on his own time and did it for free. He will do anything for his customers.. Everyone should check them out..

The staff was friendly enough but we couldnt come to terms, $500 difference between what I wanted to pay for a certain vehicle. Would probably consider purchasing there in the future
