Where to begin? So we have the ad: SHARP CAR LOADED WITH ALL THE OPTIONS RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT! MUST SEE!!PRICED TO SELL $3995! WONT LAST! I drive an hour to test drive the car and after I get there I get told the car has ABS light and Traction Control light on and is being sold as is, the guy says it is probably a brake sensor but it runs and rides great. First things I noticed were the warning for the ABS and Traction Control were dinging, then the tire pressure monitor was going off, then the low coolant message was going off. I drove it about 2 miles and it almost overheated with the temp gauge going above the 3/4 mark. I pulled over and tested some features and neither rear window would roll down from any controls in the car. The ad on Autotrader said it had DVD and sun roof, it had neither feature! When I returned it and he asked me how I liked it I explained everything and his response was "Yeah it has a lot of problems and is pretty messed up". I wouldnt have driven an hour if I knew the ABS and traction control lights were on and they werent going to fix them! Ridiculous!

I bought an 05 Toyota 4runner from signature car co. I had it for a few days, and the check engine light came on. I took it back to them, and they took it to their repair shop. this happened again, so I bought a coil pack and 6 plugs, in hope to fix the problem (#6 cylinder misfire). it came on 2 more times, so they took it back to the shop. they found out that It needed the head gasket done. it had 132k miles on it, so the lemon law didnt pertain, but they had the repair done. they even put a new water pump in it, while they were doing the job! they went above and beyond what I had expected! the 4 runner runs great now- no check engine lights. John and jeff (the owners), treated me with great respect, and were very patient and understanding through the whole situation. Im sure it cost them a pretty penny, but they never acted put out or bothered at all. they stand behind their vehicles. I will always recommend buying a truck from them. thank you to the reliable and honest guys at signature. sincerely Kathy B

I bought a nissan for $6000 from Signature. Days after driving it off the lot a service engine light came on so i bring it back they claim to have fixed the problem "oxygen filters apparently" again the light comes on I bring it back several times until finally they say they ordered new parts from Nissan. So i get it back light stays off for 3 months but then pops up again at which point i take it to a different garage and Im told its the oxygen filters and they a are in terrible condition and that signature deffinatly did NOT replace them and ill have to take it to nissan and it will be at least a grand to fix BOTTOM LINE SIGNATURE FLAT OUT LIES they will do anything to sell you are car and feed you bullshit lies. I called them again and they tell me theres nothing they will do for me ...watch out for jeff! shady sob

signiture car company is very unprofessional. first they made me wait around for service when i had 9000$ cash in hand to buy a car. they sold me a car it was fine untill i noticed when i put rims on my car that the control arm and and strut was bad and did they did not cover it under their warranty. they so called "inspected" this car the day before i bought it and left me with the 600$ bill to fix it. they also sent me my registration in the mail 4 weeks late. if you are about to buy a car from this place you should consider looking somewhere else!! jeff is an idiot agreed with the post below.

I purchase a small pick up from them. The truck itself last for several years, with minor problems. When we look at the car it had a minor crack in the windshield that they claimed it wouldnt crank because they had it fixed. I wanted them to replace it, they said no, and they told me I can go through my insurance and have it repaired. That winter, the windshield did crack all the way down, and I did have to go through my insurance to have it replaced. They are cheap when it comes to repairs. I wasnt please with the service from the people either, they werent friendly by any mean.

Band of Brothers! Jeff and John were so polite and patient. I spent an afternoon test driving civics and accords. I finally settled on a beautiful accord. John dropped the price by $350. These brothers are professional and treated me with respect and answered all my questions. When I was getting my loan at the credit union Jeff got the ball rolling by getting the car inspected and oil changed. All the paper work was already finished by the time I got there. Ill tell my friends and family about this place for sure!

Great experience and a great price on a great vehicle! Not only did they allow me to take my prospective vehicle to my mechanic but also worked with me on the items he suggested. They also got the vehicle inspected, the oil changed and recharged the AC for me. As if that werent enough they pushed the vehicle through for me so that I could drive it away the same day. Seamless from beginning to end and I will definitely be coming back to these guys! A+

I just rescently purchased a 2004 chevy silverado 2500 hd and i absolutely love it... The service and customer appreciation that was given was outstanding. I would deffinetly reccommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for an emaculant vehicle at a used price... GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!
