Randy is simply amazing!! Im getting a 2nd car from him. He is the sweetest nicest person ever that will work with you when really NO ONE ELSE will & I mean he has GREAT VEHICLES!!!!! he works on them and fixes them up & Will never PUT U in any Junk!! I can truly say I been dealing with these guys for years now I have NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE from them , EVER!!!!!! AND anyone who does have a bad experience its because of their OWN doing or trying to get over and Randy will work with payments n everything but when u try n screw him over you setting yourself up. People have to remember this is a BUSINESS , he has a family and have to make money too... If you dont pay then whose fault is that ? yours! If you have any problems its because of your own will... My experience at A & R was fantastic!! I wasnt very optimistic after having being denied at other car dealerships, but Randy helped me finance a car on my very first visit to his dealership. Randy listened to all of my needs and concerns, he helped me choose an economic vehicle that would work for me and my family. Randy treats his customers with respect and realizes that everyone has their own set of circumstances. When I was denied everywhere else for a vehicle; A&R helped me get into something that day with little to no money down. Have always been treated with respect whether If I was a cash buyer or not, they have always made it their top priority to make my car buying experience as smooth as possible. The guys there truly care about you as a person, and wont just put you in anything. If you have any problems, even if the vehicle is out of warranty they will still find a way to address the issue and take care of it. They truly make you feel like a top priority. Nothing good comes from this car lot. Bad cars, low budget mechanics. Unprofessional beacuse You walk up and you dont know who to talk to. Its a bunch of people loitering around. What really turned me away was seeing a drug deal go down right in front of my eyes with who appeared to be an employee...we got in our car and left. After telling this story to a few friends of mine, i was told their cars are junk anyways, the business is ran sloppily and to keep hold of receipts. Seems they are running a cover up drug scheme. Big big scam. Take a chance if you want to but buyer beware

they are lyers they told me that the car we bought would pass wv state inspection and the place i had it inspected said they dont know how the car is still driving. then i went down there after the car failed inspection and they said that they could have a buddy just put a sticker on the car. i think they should be shut down. they are nothing but lyers and thiefs and Eli conaway tryed to open my car door when i talked to them. there taking peoples hard earned money. AS STATE LAW SAYS ALL VEHICLES MUST PASS A STATE INSPECTION TO BE SOLD.

Ive brought several cars..from this lot over several years...Never a issue with anything ive purchased..over the years....price are affordable....but people need to keep in mind...when purchasing a used vehicle...there will be some minor issue.... I have a Hyundai.. 2005..only thing i had to do to it was charge Ac..and routine oil changes.....Make no mistake.when i say several cars..meaning several as kids grow and get their DL... Ive asked for a particular vehicle...and Randy has always come thru..for me...

Earlier this year during the huge snow storm a plow had totaled my car. This left me stranded with no car. A&R used auto sales was the only place that helped me out while in a bind. They helped get me into a good reliable car for what my insurance check was. Not only is the car great but I feel it was just the car for me. I love my car and Ill always be grateful to A&R Auto. I would recommend them to anybody!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE LISTEN UP. My wife Amanda Golliday bought a car from them and Marshal decided he was gonna sleep with her for working on her car. Marshal Engle is a home wrecker and the biggest mistake is ever knowing him and getting a car from here all the cars there are junk.

Ive bought 3 or 4 cars here in the last 3 years. I can honestly say this is the best car lot in the area. Theyre reasonable, and honest. And with them offering buy here pay here I was able to get a half decent vehicle without a credit check
