I have been ordering flowers from this place every Valentines Day for the past 4 years and theyve never managed to get it right. I should have taken my business elsewhere after the first time but their location made it convenient enough for me to return. This year was the last straw. They tried to deliver the flowers I had bought my wife to the house across the street from our address. I didnt make a mistake when I placed the order either our address was the correct one. The woman on the phone then told us they would be delivered tomorrow. This was unacceptable I paid to have them delivered on Valentines Day specifically. When the flowers were finally delivered the box of chocolates I had included for an extra $20 was missing but they wouldnt have those delivered. The woman on the phone said they would be delivered tomorrow. I guess well see if the neighbors end up with them again.

So if you actually want the flowers you order to be delivered at all go to another florist. This place will screw up your order and then make a bunch of lame excuses as to why the flowers couldnt be delivered. Excuses such as, "Our driver got lost" (with a GPS device!) "Oh we thought you wanted them delivered on Saturday not Friday." (my wife doesnt work weekends!) "The gate was locked and so the driver called the number on the gate and no one answered" (so why did I give you 2 phone numbers that would reach her directly?). And then offer nothing to make it right. So what Im saying is this place has no integrity, and they really dont care about their customers. Dont shop there!

Its nearly 5:30pm, and my wife still has not received her roses on valentines day. What a disappointment. Your supposed to be able to enjoy your flowers throughout the day, not the last few hours, when no one will see them. I called them at 3:00 and they promised before 5:00. Now they dont even answer the phone. Today I learned that reliability is a must when it comes to a florist. This establishment is unreliable when it comes to their delivery. I will never use them again.

I tried to order flowers and they said theyd call back next day with a selection to pick from since they were picking up new stock the next morning. So I was excited to get a better variety. Well they never called back. I was relying on that since Im a busy mom with 4 kids. They called back a week later, same time of week she claims they run out. Not impressed. Didnt want to order after that if they cant follow through with processing an order.
