Today is the Tuesday AFTER Mothers Day. I ordered my arrangement weeks ago and paid extra to have it delivered on the SUNDAY of Mothers Day. Not only has it STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED, I cannot get through on the phone to anyone at this location. I have called in a formal complaint to their corporate headquarters but unfortunately they are each individually owned and operated and I need to speak with the owner at this Manteca location. I attempted three phone calls last Friday to confirm delivery time, three on Saturday and three on Sunday. Each call I waited on hold for over ten minutes with NO answer. The online delivery status is a joke. It has indicated "In Transit" ALL DAY and it is now past 8pm. Mom still doesnt have her arrangement!!! If I didnt live 400 miles away I would have pounded down their door. My advice is to go ELSEWHERE! But definitely dont count on them for delivery service. Service is NOT their thing.

Here it is Valentines Day, 7pm and the $100+ order I placed STILL is not delivered to my wife and kids. Per the online tracking system, its dipped and ready to go. I called 9 times since 3pm and did not get through because the line was busy. So I drove to the store from Ripon, CA. Much to my expectation, I wasnt the only person there trying to find out what was going on. I picked up my order and was given $!2 off for my inconvenience. The manager seemed a bit bothered that I came in. She said if I had waited about another 20-30 minutes, I would have had my order delivered. I explained that by then, my kids would be asleep. I will never order from this place again. They were visibly understaffed, poorly managed and had not a single care for the fact that they were losing customers because of this.

I just received my second box of Chocolate dipped fruit. It was amazing. The chocolate dipped fruit (Strawberries, Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Pineapples) was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for something unique and different. Their service was great. I almost forgot to mention their greeting cards. Their selection of greeting cards is unique. My wife and I were looking for something for a special event and found one that said exactly what we were looking for.

I received a beautiful arrangement for my birthday and it is something you have to eat and finish the day of. It was great the day I received it. I had to refrigerate half of it over night because I couldnt finish it all and the next day it didnt taste good whatsoever. I was pretty bummed because someone spent a lot of money on it :(

This is the second time not having my order ready on time how unprofessional! And the second time saying give me 30 minutes, pay a lot of money for my order not to be on time and knowing how they did this to me the first time I called them and they told me give me 30 Minutes instead of calling me first! This store is in Manteca CA

Very disappointed in the arrangement I purchased for my mother in law.. it was small (I ordered a large) and I paid extra for the numbers the 60 was horrible! And it was the daisy bouquet.. hmmm it has one daisy. How embarrassing.. never again! Guess I should have read the reviews and went with something else! Never again!

Its to bad I had to give 1 star. I work out of town so I placed an order to surprise my wife. The delivery never happened. These clowns dont answer their phones. Never again will I waste my money at this place. What a joke!
