Horrendous! My friend ordered me flowers to cheer me up after surgery. I was expecting something because she told me something was coming never came I was home recovering all day. Next day she called me and said FTD called her said my number was changed this was true but that my house was abandon NOT true. Not even remotely close to true. She ordered star gazer lilies my favorite upgraded to a large bouquet with 8-12 blooms. I got 2nd grade lilies not stargazers and only 6 blooms. The flowers were on their last leg and were delivered at 830PM after my friend made several calls to FTD, When I posted the pictures of the flowers which I was grateful i got anything my friend told me that it was not wat she ordered and she called FTD they had the flowers redelivered same florist, Closer to what she ordered still not stargazers and in horrible shape. The vase looked to be the cheapest one i had seen better at the goodwill perhaps that is where get them. FTD was shocked to see the photos of what the florist tried to pass off and had I not posted pictures of my flowers my friend would never have known she was ripped off. I could not understand why FTD sent a florist from folsom to roseville but apparently it is like shipping wars they put the order out there and a florist picks it up. I would seriously look elsewhere. Very disappointed hope FTD removes them because it is their reputation as well.

Ordered flowers through Avas Flowers who I guess contracts through Miracle Flowers, since thats what the card said when the flowers were delivered. They were delivered five hours after the scheduled delivery time (to a school that was closed, so Im assuming they were just left outside all night long) and looked nothing like the bouquet that was ordered. Also, there was supposed to be a ballon that was charged to the invoice that did not come with the flowers.The flowers were wilted and dead looking. My colleague even made a comment about how "not fresh" they looked. I contacted Avas Flowers to demand a refund and they put me on hold multiple times. They said that Miracle Flowers was unwilling to offer a refund so the best they could do was give me ten percent off my next purchase, however I will never do business with either of these companies again. Avas flowers seems to blame it on Miracle Flowers. I called to talk to the manager today but he was not in. I will try to contact them again, however I plan on making complaints to various consumer affairs agencies if this situation is not rectified in a timely and appropriate manner.

My daughters ordered flowers for me in the morning on 5/16/17 (they have never ordered flowers before) and they were told the flowers would be delivered to me no later than 12;30 pm. I knew nothing about them sending flowers to me and at 2 pm I received a call, which was the flower shop letting me know that my flower delivery was late and what time would I be at work till. It took me off guard and I asked are you sure they are for me? She assured me they were and they were running late. I told her I was at work until 3 pm. They had not arrived when I left at 3:05pm. They were sitting at the front desk when I got here this morning. Its bad enough they did not arrive when they were supposed to, but after I thought about it, I could not believe that I was called and told about the delivery. I did not have the heart to tell my daughters I knew about them. Very disappointing experience and honestly just so-so flowers. The little yellow daisies have brownish tips on them. Ive called and left a voicemail on both local and 877#, but of course no return call.

NO STARS!!!! Awful embarrassing "florist"! Ruined my Mothers Day for my Mother living across the country. Absolutely horrid flowers in the worst condition, and terrible unattractive ridiculous excuse for an "arrangement". How are these people in business???? And SHAME on you FTD for using them! Are you kidding me???? What an awful representation of you, FTD. It clearly shows that you do not care about quality and detail! I will never use either of you again and am telling everyone I know as well. Just so disheartening when you use tender loving care, thought and sentiment to choose something for someone special...and that person receives garbage and unattractive flowers. Someone please close this place down. I am so upset that this is what my beautiful Mother received. Atrocious.

If I could give them less stars than 1 I would. I cant believe they could deliver such amateur flower arrangements. Online this bouquet looked amazing online and when they delivered it....it was as if I went to Safeway and gabbed as many crappy flowers as I could and crammed them all into a small vase, through some janky ribbon on it and delivered it. I would be completely embarrassed to admit that I put these flowers together. the thing is, you order from a large commercial site and they pick a florist and most of the time you have no idea what is delivered. Well this time I did and it was complete garage. I would never order from this company EVER! a 5 year old could have done a better job. And now the special occasion is over and this is the memory that was left.

*WARNING* DO NOT ORDER FROM FLOWERS FROM HERE! On February 4th, 2015 I ordered a bouquet for my Mother for to be delivered on February 13th, 2015. She received my order on the 10th which was totally the wrong bouquet and date that I requested. I have never experienced such horrid customer service in my life. They claimed to have sent another bouquet on the 12th which was never received, and they also gave me the number to a different flower shop who has never even heard of them. They haggled me out of an expensive bouquet, ruined the element of surprise for Valentines Day, and expressed no regard for the order I placed. They said they would give me a refund, but I dont expect for them to follow through with that either. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY NOR ATTENTION!

Terrible looking arrangement (used the cheapest flowers available and sparcely spaced out) arrived at my house half dead. Large hydrangea was completely drooped in the front...and when I called I was told that hydrangeas dont last very long....I got another arrangement the next day from another florist...they left it on the porch in the heat and it had a hydrangea that was the same color and it was beautiful and firm and not dead. And, I KNOW that the half dead arrangement was expensive. Embarrassing for those who sent it who were at the house when it arrived. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY!

These guys are awesome! When my flowers were first delivered, they were left down at the bottom of my hill by my (unlocked gate). They were left inside the gate, I had arrived home at night and did not see them until the next morning. The deer must have had some fun, because they were partially eaten and wilted (Im sure due to heat). I phoned Miracle Flowers and they said they would gladly replace the flowers and they did! Totally professional! The driver phoned me to let me know he would be there at a certain time and he was. To me, that shows integrity. Thanks guys!
