Spent over $5K there today, most of that was on a pair of chairs that were on sale. Approx $600 was for a table at regular price. The Dania web site proclaims a 15% Military discount for active duty and retired military. The discount is clearly stated to apply to only full price items and thats fine. The problem is this (Kirkland) store does not stand by that policy. Everything else about our experience there was just fine but this is very disappointing. There also seems to be a complete lack of email contact information for the store or the next level of management. I guess they just want me to express my frustration online.

For a high-end store, the service is pretty inconsistent (being generous here). The staff can be snobby and lacking education. For example, there is a pretty big difference between Indonesian and Vietnamese furniture - to claim one is another is pretty ignorant when there is a sticker on the box. Asking for something basics like a tape measure is similar to a journey to Mordor. As some others have pointed out, the delivery fee is great, but the 6 week wait is not so much. I got a few items from there and once i got a table without any mounting gear. Took another 4 days to get the screws.

Do not expect to be helped while you are looking around. Do not expect to get your furniture in a timely manner after you order it, still waiting for mine after two months. Do not expect to get a deal, everything is on the pricey side. Do expect to find decent furniture. Do research before and after visiting the store. Do expect a crazy floor plan for showing furniture. Do expect plenty of parking, may make you wonder. Do expect rude help, in a pompous way... face it your furniture is average.

The place was pretty much dead when we went in. The furniture is nice and we placed an order with a friendly sales person. The quality is good and it was nice that we were able to get the furniture in just a few days. We were looking at some of the website brands (Article, Joybird, etc) and the Dania sectionals were both more affordable and higher quality (hardwood frames, etc) and there wasnt much of a wait. Overall it was a positive experience for more modern looking furniture.

If you dont like it - go to Ikea! ;) Danias furniture is elegant and classy, and of course, if some shoppers are used to tasteless ugly bulky American couches - there is nothing for them here. Also, you can get deals on some items, for example, discontinued items or floor models, so I am not buying the "apocaliptic" comments ("everything is baaaaad") of some frustrated couch-hunters.

Omg wow. They exceeded every aspect of customer service for me. I also work in customer service. I had a part failure that was very uncommon. Dania got me a replacement in one day!! No questions asked no charge. Got my desk working again and I couldnt be any happier! Well done guys! Bravo! Good customer service is rare these days

Spacious showroom and non-aggressive salespeople. We were looking for a modular sectional and found one at a reasonable price and we were able to pick all the fabrics!

Beautiful furniture, but very expensive for some of the pieces. Furniture is mostly made in Europe, fantastic quality.

They have quite a big collection. I think the prices were reasonable. Delivery costs $75 flat which is great.
