Never post on line reviews but this experience prompts me share. Did whole home remodel. Spent over $120k on kitchen and master bath. We did this once before on smaller budget and went with ABT. No complaints at the time but our interior designer pushed Pirch so we acquiesced. Big mistake. Showroom is nice and fancy. But someone is paying for that which means they are compromising somewhere else. Its on the service. Carsten was our sales guy. Friendly and fast. He pushed for payment upfront because "these items require advanced order". Of course so does his commission! So we place orders in December for deliver in late January. All the faucets are available in January but subzero and wolf are ready until march. Miele? Ill get back to that. So we wait to install until everything arrives. March appliances go into a roughed in kitchen thats been ready for 2 mos but waiting on Pirch. Faucets go in but are wrong order. Now we accept part of the blame as we accepted the item in January and didnt inspect the box until install but then reviewed the invoice and saw we got exactly what we ordered. The problem was that Carsten placed the order out of a brochure instead of writing down the item number when we walked the showroom. He wrote the wrong item number. Our receipt had a general description with no picture. When we called to exchange, Carsten literally made up a story about how my wife called and changed the order, which did not happen. Now we have all appliances in except Miele. Miele likes to do their own inspection and no one scheduled this. Called Pirch again and they said it was my responsibility to schedule the inspection, which is fine but no one said anything....ever. Wait 2 weeks for inspection and now wait another 2 weeks for item. Seriously? Pirch make a sale and move on. Dont give a crap about the customer once they have your money. Be warned.

I bought all of my kitchen appliances on October 17th. Paid them in full and then started to wait. With a non functioning dishwasher I finally called the week before Thanksgiving to see the status and they said they were waiting on a $150 microwave/frame. I told them I needed the appliances so they delivered that Saturday before Thanksgiving. The installers of the Dishwasher/Fridge were nice, on time and that went well. The other appliances are sitting in my living room waiting for our kitchen remodel to start. Since then I have called a couple times asking about the microwave. Not one time has PIRCH ever called me or emailed me to update me on this order since I paid for the order. My last call was the end of December and I was told that it could be delivered that next Wednesday. No call, no microwave as of 1-13-17. The customer service has not been good at all. The managers I have spoken to have been professional and have given me updates that were vague and obviously not really accurate. I just want to conclude my business with them and today will be asking for a refund and will buy my microwave from some place else. For an order of $10k in appliances I would expect more from a business. Giving an email or a call to update customers does not take long. I should not have to keep calling them to ask the status over the last 3 months.

Do not go there! They draw you in with the eye candy but all you get is lip service instead of customer service. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, ever. They make promises they dont keep. They literally do not return phone calls or emails, you have to chase them for everything. I purchased $20,000 of kitchen appliances. When i was ready for delivery they couldnt deliver the product that was shown and paid for months ago. I had to cancel my complete order and go to ABT in Glenview where you get treated like a customer should. The whole story is way to long to report here. Stick with ABT they excel in service and have great pricing. Different culture altogether. Dont make the same mistake I did, go to ABT or anywhere else besides Pirch. Look at the other reviews Im not alone.

I do not review products/services on line...ever, but in this case I am compelled to do so . Very disappointed in the service!!! The showroom is beautiful and they sell great products. The problem is their installation is extremely poor quality!!! After spending $50,000 on a kitchen , you would think that they would care about installing it for you correctly. We had a vent hood that they installed and even after numerous return visits, they did not see an obvious problem of installing the motors incorrectly (there was a sign that said place black motor here!!!!). They got it wrong. Our $12,000 refrigerator was installed incorrectly --still waiting for a fix almost 2 years later!!! Very disappointed in their attention to detail and customer care. Should have gone with ABT !!

As an interior designer, I now recommend Pirch to all my clients. They know exactly what products will fit into older kitchens. They offer a range of products from moderate to high end, and are willing to look at prices from other retailers. I started my last project with a new sales person and asked to switch to someone with more experience as I wasnt able to get questions in a timely manner. With new sales person all went well. Like how their customer service deliveries and installs work around MY schedule not THEIRS. Excellent installation team of Scott and Dave...communicated with me, on time, respectful of clients home, personable, and excellent work!

The only nice thing I have to say about Pirch is that the store is very pretty. We ordered an item and were told wed hear from someone in a few days to schedule installation. After 2 weeks, we followed up ourselves and learned the item was on backorder. After another 2 weeks, the installers arrived (2 hours earlier than confirmed) with a unit that didnt match what we had ordered. The salesperson said it was our fault. Rather than reorder, in light of the many horrible reviews, I requested a refund (which I have not yet received). This review will be updated if I have any trouble receiving my money back.

Im a house manager in Lincoln Park Chicago and we were looking for a different service provider for their high-end appliances. Five Stars for the install guys Rick and Dominic! They were great from start to finish. When they encountered some difficulties, they kept their cool, even though I could tell it was a big frustration to them. Three stars comes from the customer service side of the company. We had some promises made that were not kept, but they made it right in the end. The frustration of it and slow communication on the issue cost them two stars.

Horrible experience. We placed our order almost 3 months ago and have yet to receive all the items. We were told by our sales representative, Greg Schultz that the items would be delivered within 5-10 business days. After numerous calls to the store director, Angela Rath we are still waiting for our items which has caused a significant delay in our project. Angela keeps telling me every week that the items will get shipped out but still no product. For a high end company, the customer service is very poor.
